I will NEVER call another heating cooling company again. I highly recommend Gabriel from NJ Heat Masters, he truly is a master. Had a problem with my heat, not working because of a switch, where others tried to absolutely got ranch meat for a service visit Gabriel was more than fair. He was respectful, even took off his shoes before walking into my house without me even saying a word, or looking any kind of way. I have never had a more respectful subcontractor do any kind of work at my house. He was nothing but kind, he was great with my son, and even took the time to talk and play with him a little bit, and the price was absolutely unbeatable, and he even came at night I can go on and on about the professionalism, and the excellent experience I had, but I’ll just stop and say that I highly recommend you try for yourself. Sometimes you just come across those amazing technicians and you simply think to yourself I’m not paying for his time I am paying for his personality and knowledge and that’s the case here. Highly highly highly recommended.
NJ Heat Masters was a life savior! We lost heat with our newborn baby over the weekend. He returned our call at 8 am on a Sunday morning and helped my husband fix the problem over the phone free of charge. We appreciate his kindness and help!
Gabriel did an excellent job replacing our furnace and a/c coil. He worked quick and efficiently, and was very clean. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to breakdown his process. Full transparency, he registered for the warranty on spot. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly be calling for future projects.
I usef Gabriel from NJ Heat masters on 2 different occasions for my AC unit and my Heat and both times he came on time and fixed both problems without any hiccups !! They are very reasonably priced and are extremely professional and I would highly recommend them!!
I called heat Master to come check out a hot water heater, which was not working in a brand new condo. Heat Master was very honest and got it up and running for me. He could have sold me a new one but told me this one still has life and recommended I get something to place nearby. I will only use this company now.
Gabriel was amazing! He was available the day I called and had open communication of when he would be at our home. Our heat was out and Gabriel fixed it luckily that day. He is prompt, friendly and honest!
AC was blowing hot air when I got home from work. Called heatmasters and he showed up at 830 at night to diagnose the problem which was faster then I could have imagined. Turned out to be a bad fan motor on the outside unit. Once the part was acquired, it was installed quickly and my AC was back up and running. I can’t say enough good things about this company! I highly recommend for any of your heating and cooling needs!!
Just had our A/C stop working in the middle of day. We reached out to Gabriel and he had diagnosed the issue within minutes after arriving the same day! Quality guy & extremely reliable. I can't recommend this company enough!
Gabriel was phenomenal! I called with a leaking AC unit in my attic and Gabriel was there within a couple of hours. He was friendly and kept me informed of his plan and what he thought caused the leak/ensured that it didnt happen again. I am really impressed with the level of service I received. The price was more than reasonable and he even offered me some troubleshooting advice over the phone. I highly recommend and will definitely call again in the future!
Excellent service and very responsive. Had an issue and Gabriel first offered to try and troubleshoot with me on the phone to save on a service fee and then offered to come same day. He went into detail and showed me what was wrong, why it was wrong and explained what he was going to do to fix it. Welcomed me watching him work and thoroughly explained what he was doing at each juncture of the repair. Very open book about his costs vs. my costs to complete the job. Would highly recommend his services.
I can’t even begin to tell you how truly amazing this business is. Our air conditioner broke, I called and within a few hours the business owner came. He examined the issue and gave us 3 options on how to fix it. I loved that he was so honest and upfront and did not try to make extra money. It was nice to have options and zero pressure. He installed a new air conditioner unit and made some repairs on the duct and electrical work for us. He was quick, professional, honest and just super friendly. I would never ever go with anyone else.
The first time I called, pretty late as I got home to no heat… Gabriel answered and came out that night be “it was going to be too cold for me to wait” … he came out and fixed it within minutes and was such a good person… I’ve hired him for a number of services since then and every time he is professional, explains everything to me and gives me the options that other contractors don’t explain when they find themselves dealing with a woman … I highly recommend Gabriel!!!
A few years ago we needed a new AC unit. I have terrible heat intolerance and Gabriel stayed here until 11pm to get it done! This year we needed a repair. Gabriel to the rescue again! Luckily it was under warranty. Gabriel does great work and is very professional and personable. We'll never call anyone else!
Super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He searched for reason why our AC wasn’t running. Found burnt wires and found out unit was pulling too much energy for the system. Replaced wires and installed a booster to fix. He was so quick and knowledgable. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
Gabriel is one of the most caring people. He worked very late to repair our ac unit, to ensure that my wife who has medical needs was able to have air-conditioning available. This was a few years ago, and I apparently didn't provide a review. Gabriel is very reasonable and honorable.
Gabriel is personable & kind, he cares about his clients and fixes the problem quickly. If I ever need help with my HVAC system in the future, NJ Heat Masters is saved in my cell.
Coming home late night and found out the heat is not working. I called Gabriel the first thing next morning. Sure enough, Gabriel was able to come first thing in the morning out of his busy schedule to check on our heater. It then turned out it's our thermostat that was not working, Gabriel didn't even charge us with this emergency service, he just wanted to make sure we don't suffer from the bitter cold weather!! I can't believe how lucky we are to have him as our HVAC professional support!! He's always responsive, has a kind heart to help people over business. Couldn't thanks him enough for all the work he did for us, and always follow up to make sure everything is working fine. What a honest nice guy!! I know I left review 2 years ago but I couldn't help to recommend him to everyone!!! Thanks Gabriel again! Although you may not want to see us again but you surely will be our lifetime HVAC guy, lol!!! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 years ago I'm so happy with Gabriel's professionalism and service! We have had no heat since the past 3 day. AJ Perri keeps telling us different issues and yet nothing is fixed. I finally gave up and called Gabriel as "emergency" and he came right away on the same date and fix my heater within an hour. It's found contact issue with the heater so no parts needed and he didn't even charge me. I am lucky to find such a honest and professional vendor that don't rip me off like others. Greatly appreciate his work and happy to have the heat back after 3 days suffering from cold. I will need his service for my AC in summer time as well. Recommend NJ Heat Masters more than 100% if you need HVAC services!!!!
Gabriel responded to my early morning call when my family woke up with no heat. He was able to walk me through diagnosing and fixing the issue over the phone. He also helped me locate the part I needed when my own search failed. He was more than willing to come out and fix the issue himself but he had confidence I could repair it on my own to save some $. He didn’t know me and didn’t want anything in return. He even called later that night to make sure we were warm!! Can’t thank him enough. If you want a trustworthy company - call Gabriel @ Heat Masters NJ. So happy I found him through our community page and I will never go to anyone else for my HVAC needs in the future.
This guy is awesome. One of the most honest contractors I’ve ever done business with. I called Gabriel after waking up to no air conditioning and a frozen coil. He came out right away and found that we had a leak. He did everything he could to see if he could fix it. Unfortunately, after a dye test, he showed me the leak was right in the center of the evaporator coil. The system was 25 years old so we weren't surprised it needed to be replaced. He gave us a great price on a new system and arrived early the next morning to install it. We were up and running before we knew it. Gabriel takes great pride in his work and how he treats his customers. He texted me later that night just to make sure the house was cooling down and the unit was working properly. Thanks again for doing a great job!!!
My AC unit just died. Had someone come out and told us the furnace and AC unit would have to be replaced and put us on the schedule for 6 days later. I didn't want to wait as the house was getting quite warm (and yes I am impatient) .I called Gabriel and he came out within the hour. After replacing a part, (that the previous repairman replaced yesterday) with a different size and degreased the unit, the unit works perfectly .Saved us quite a few thousand dollars. He was very honest, just a likeable guy and I would highly recommend him.
