I called a while ago and said I wanted to replace the central air conditioning system in my house. He asked how many units, and I replied 2. He then asked if it was a basement or attic type, and I said attic. He responded with a price of $8,000. Regardless of the price being high or low, I hesitated for a moment because his way of proposing was unfamiliar, and he pressed me whether I would do it or not. I said, "I'm a bit confused," and he hung up the phone without even listening to the rest of what I had to say. I can't believe that such a business approach exists in this world. He's confident because his reviews are high and he believes he can get customers easily. Really, he's an incredibly arrogant person.
