Do not use this service worker tracked dirt through the whole house was cursing while working in front of my kids this place is so unprofessional dont use them all good reviews are definatley from friends and family

Fred, Kirk and the team were professional from the minute they walked into our house. They explained everything and gave us a comfortable feeling that the work was going to be done correctly. Was my original installer 40 years ago. Always provided prompt excellent service.
They installed about $10,000 worth of equipment over 4 years. The installations in my opinion seem to be of poor quality and parts have shorted. I don’t usually put any negative reviews out but I did want to warn people that we have had many issues that have happened shortly after visits to fox unrelated parts to new issues. At one point we had two different leaks shortly after a maintenance visit. My final straw was when I got a second opinion it didn’t match with their diagnosis.

Their installation was excellent. Clean, neat and fast. The maintenance over the last several years was great. They come in the spring and the fall. The sales person not as honest. He tried to get over on me with a price that included the rebate. He told me the rebate was separate and so I had to pay more because the state didn't offer the rebate anymore. He was not forthcoming.

Reliable, dependable and fairly priced
They installed the central air July 2019. June of 2020 the unit was not working. I called them and they checked it and told me it needed Freon, i asked them how could it be, that this unit wasn't even 1 year old, that my old one lasted 14 years before it started leaking and needed to be refilled with Freon every year?. The owner stated that it probably had been a loose screw that caused the leak. I asked him, is it going to give me a problem next year? he stated not to worry about it and that if the unit was to give me any problems, he was going to take care of it. Well this year the unit had the same problem. The owner stated that I had to pay the service fee. I reminded him what he told me the year before, and he said he never told me that he was going to take care of it. He just lied. So, I had to pay more than $300 for them to refill the unit with Freon. This business is a SCAM, they did a poor job in 2019, and in 2020 instead of finding where the leak was coming from and fixing it to avoid the same problem of happening in the future, they just took the easy road to refill the unit with Freon without finding and fixing the source of the leak. I guess it's a way of making sure he is going to have jobs for his business. They do a poor job, so one has no choice but to call them back to fix it and they charged you whatever they want. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. GO TO A REPUTABLE BUSINESS THAT IS NOT GOING TO SCAM YOU!!!!!!!!

I liked the owner of the company who gave us his estimate. He was easy to work with. The team who did the instillation was very clean and professional. The system has been working great and so far all is working well especially with the heat we are experiencing.
This company might be great with air conditioners but their marked service van just cut me off in a residential neighborhood - pedestrians have the right of way! Very dangerous driver!
