We called the business at approximately 12:30 pm and we also texted RJ who was our sales person. A very nice woman addressed our problem immediately. We had a leak in the pump from our HVAC unit which they'd installed several months ago. Within three hours the same day (on a weekend), Evan arrived at our home to install a new pump. He tested the new pump several times before he left. He was so nice and efficient! He wore booties over his shoes. He actually cleaned up the water as well. Great person! Thank you to everyone at Edison including RJ who responded to our problem immediately! Outstanding customer service and teamwork! Thank you!! <3

This visit was for the annual maintenance of my cooling unit installed by Edison. The technician, Andrew, was thorough and professional. He informed me of his findings and discussed recommendations. Very helpful!
As always.. Edison is a top notch business with expert professionals who are kind and courteous. Andrew came to my home and had given me notice that he was on his way. He was very pleasant and performed the services perfectly. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with. Asked me if I had any questions and recommended the level of a good air conditioning temperature. Andrew deserves high praise for his customer service and technical expertise.
Amazing company very professional and kind. My AC went in the heat of the summer and I have medical issues. RJ spoke to the owner and fit me in within 3 days over the holiday weekend. Will be using this company for all my cooling and heating needs. Thank you!

I used Edison Heating & Cooling to replace my HVAC system. They installed a Carrier system, as well as three mini-split units on the second floor of my house (I have a Cape Cod house, and the upstairs always got hot, even when the main system was on--the mini-splits solved the problem and now my whole house is comfortably cool). The whole team was awesome from Neil Slattery, the salesman, who always was professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns to Dave N. and Tim, the installers, who did a thorough and expert job and got the job done in two and a half days, even when faced with stormy weather. I 100% highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. I got financing with no interest for 84 months through PSE&G, after the deposit. They took care of everything, and I am very happy with the attention to detail this company provides. This is an A++ company!
I had two aging HVAC systems in need of an upgrade and from the sales to the service I had nothing but good experiences. Labor and parts prices were better than four other major companies I got quotes from and Rob and Von were meticulous, knowledgeable, and professional when it came time for installation.
Andrew was very thorough in checking out our A/C. He explained what he was doing as he went along and was very pleasant to talk to.
Gary, Justin and Mike proved to be the "real deal" every step of the way! Super professional, great communicators and enjoyable to have in my home. I had a new AC unit installed and it was not a simple job but they stayed on it, and listened to my requests with great respect. They each deserve a raise and a promotion!

We were looking to replace our AC unit (outside condenser & attic air handler) last year. We actually contacted Edison Heating & Cooling and a representative came by to evaluate our situation and gave us a quote. He even gave us a decent discount. We didn’t get to do it for non-related reasons. However, this spring, we decided again to re-visit changing our AC unit. It's a good thing we waited as we were now able to reap benefits of President Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act to get rebates on a two-stage AC which is higher efficiency. Plus we decided to change our furnace as well because of the Inflation Reduction Act, to a high efficiency model. We got quotes from a couple other companies along with Edison. The new Edison representative, Rich Dubiel, was great. He did all the measurements and calculations to see what size unit we needed. We needed an extra vent in our main bedroom and he put that in as well. Also, he was very responsive to our concerns of a high efficiency unit, but at a fair cost. Not only did he honor the discount that was on our price quote from the previous year, but he added additional discounts, 10 year labor warranty, and free maintenance options. Edison Heating & Cooling also takes care of all the paperwork with any rebates from PSE&G and Elizabethtown Gas, along with the paperwork for the 10 year warranty with Bryant (AC and furnace) and the town permits. I had a plethora of texts with questions after he gave the price quote and Rich was very responsive to them. We decided on Edison because Rich made the process comfortable and we felt he offered quality equipment and the best deal. During the install, Dave, the install manager was very helpful in determining where to best run the exhaust vent for the high efficiency furnace as it would not be up to code to vent it through the chimney as was done with the previous furnace. Couldn't have been happier with our experience with Edison Heating & Cooling. The sales team did a great job to make sure that we received the product that fit our needs when we replaced an AC unit. Dave and Tim came and installed for us - right on time, very helpful in explaining everything and incredibly professional. These guys were terrific.
Evan was extraordinarily professional, informative, and friendly. I am extremely satisfied with the services he performed. He represents Edison Heating & Cooling very well!
Update. Unfortunately after my spring time service it was determined I needed a new AC unit. I made the decision to purchase a new AC and Furnace combo. Rich Dubiel was excellent to work with in determining the best solution for my house and the techs Dave and Tim were excellent to work with and did a fantastic job with the installation and the explanation of the system.
Great service from inception to completion. Dan Weber from sales was very responsive and professional, Dave N. and Tim were the service techs and they were great very efficient and professional. Highly recommend using Edison Heating & Cooling.
26-May-2023 update They performed the annual AC maintenance, did a great job including explaining everything that was done and the state of the system. 22-Feb-2021 update Steve serviced the system and did a great job of explaining what he checked and what he did! The proposal process was smooth and thorough. The installation was started and completed in one day. My biggest concern was well balanced air flow and that seems to be the case. I may have more feedback when my gas and electric bills arrive.
As always, Edison HVAC, also known as Edison Heating and Cooling, provided prompt and courteous service. The technicians that come to service are polite, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and took care to not drag dirt in the house as they were servicing units inside and outside the house. Very pleased with Edison Heating and Cooling and I love the fact that I am supporting a local business! I have now dealt with Edison Heating and Cooling for almost a decade. Never going anywhere else for my heating and cooling needs!
