Bill was quick to answer and came on a Saturday to check out our A/C unit. Nice friendly local business.

I engaged Bill Montross to do some A/C system repair in my house, and found him to be a very professional, reasonable in prices, very courteous, and flexible in working hours. He explained the problems requiring repairs in detail. If some repair was not needed, he explained the rationale. I very highly recommend Bill Montross.
Bill came out when he said he would and thoroughly checked out my unit to see why it was leaking. He cleaned the duct and kept the air on to see if it would still leak. It did so he returned later in the day and installed a new duct for a reasonable amount of money. I just felt that he was completely honest, fair, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone
We just moved to this area, and realized the A/C is not working efficiently. Hired a local HVAC company with good reviews to do inspection and repair. Spent $1000 (including the inspection) and nothing changed. Then I found Bill here. Bill made a stop the second day as he promised. He spent a lot of time inspecting the system without charging me for it. Discussed with me for the best approach to the problem. Bill added Freon for the price less than half of what the first service company charged. When talk with Bill, I know I can trust this honest man. So grateful that Bill is in this area. I will not call anyone else from now on.
Called Kagels who couldn't fix the type of system I have. Called Chesterfield HVAC who didn't return VMs. Then found out about Bill who came out within 1 hour and fixed my AC (including a 1 hr trek to get a part). All for under $500. No other firm going near my HVAC.
Bill did a wonderful job installing our new air conditioning. Our home is older and did not currently have central air and Bill was able to walk us through the options and explain what we needed done, all while keeping our budget in mind. While onsite, he and his crew did a great job with the installation, everything was clean and professional. We are so pleased with the job, and have already recommended Bill to two other people.

I have used their their services every year to clean my AC and furnace. They have even changed my condenser in my basement. Very professional, fast, clean, and friendly. Bill (owner/operator) overseas and Pedro knows the work. Bill and Pedro are a great team. Prices are reasonable. You can't go wrong.

Bill made an appointment to meet me and was right on time. I asked home to give me a quote and he did promptly, explaining to me in detail what needed to be done. I agreed to have him do the work, and two days later it was done. Bill is an honest man with a strong moral compass. He won’t oversell you anything you don’t need. I’ve dealt with many other companies in the past and know how different the experience can be. I’ve used him more than once, and plan to do so anytime I need HVAC services in the future.
