Use Aeromark to install and remove PTAC AC units. They were very professional and it took them 1 hour to install 2 PTAC units. Great service and would use them again. Recommend them!

Just want to thank Aeromark for their prompt, professional, courteous service. From the office staff to our technician, Mo, they performed a repair to our rooftop HVAC unit that required some research of parts, and the availability. After an inspection of the issue, it was one day to get a call back and the following day, all done. Thank you.

My newly installed ductless system was not working properly. Moe came, found the issues in a methodical way, and fixed it. He is very professional and friendly, and just a very nice guy. Tom is a great guy, helping to coordinate the installation and service calls. Angel , Billy, Margarita, and Amit are all very good. I would definitely recommend Aeromark for your HVAC need.
Had both AC units go down over the last week and called Aeromark. They sent Moe the same day I called for each one. Moe handled both repairs professionally, explained exactly what went wrong and was needed and got both up and running again. Thanks!

I had a very good experience with the controls technicians. Moe and Sal worked together to install a complicated multi-zone controls system for a hydronic heating system in my house. They were meticulous and detail oriented. I would work with them again on another project.

Aeromark has gotten so good. They not only have great technicians who provide timely AND accurate service, but their team is courteous and professional. They have also digitized all of their services so they know what kind of equipment and parts you have and what’s been done in the past. You get regular e-updates that confirm your appointment, GPS where your technician is, and how many minutes it will be before the technician arrives. This makes for fast and efficient service when the technician is onsite. I highly recommend Aeromark. I also recommend asking for Moe! He’s great!
