Phoenix Home Improvement provided a wonderful experience. Tom was diligent, on time, courteous and knew what he was doing. It was a big decision to replace or repair an HVAC system. Tom was wonderful with his follow up, provided great service, he had a wonderful demeanor and was timely in his scheduled appointments. I will be using his services again in the very near future for new air compressors. I highly recommend this company.
Tom is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helped us fix our issue with the HVAC. He educated us on the system and made sure all our questions were answered. Great experience with Tom!
Tom was very professional and courteous, he found the problem wiht my heating and give me an explanation what was going on, he dealed with the insurance and fix it. A+.
Central AC system started leaking from condensate line in mid-July. Mr. Cade was available to come out immediately to make the repairs. He was prompt, courteous, competent and professional. Repair was done and AC was running later that afternoon.

Thomas installed an Ecobee3 smart thermostat at my home. He arrived a little late than the scheduled time, but I did not care about that so much He introduced himself very professionally and immediately gave his business card with his credentials on it. He worked on this thermostat for over 1.5 hours, a job that should have lasted only about 30 minutes! My house is old and the wiring was not as clear as it should have been. Throughout this entire time, he was friendly and clean. The price he charged was reasonable. Be aware that he only took cash or check. A+ service and will definitely go back to them for future work.

I had a problem with my heating system, first time home owner not knowing much about anything pertaining to home ownership. Within an hour Tom came in and made my husband & I so comfortable.
