Fast response
Grossly overcharged for a repair. Quoted $1k for “furnace control board” repair. Then tried to raise price to $1,150 because of the price of parts. Short internet search shows maximum price for similar work is $650
Great plumber with lots of experience and "know how"! I won't trust my pipes to any other service!
At first, he offered a very friendly and affordable price. I trusted him and never complained about the amount he offered. But from then on, I thought it was overpriced, and eventually he charged $ 450 for replacing a 17-dollar socket. When he replaced, I paid without knowing the amount, but later I had a same problem with the same part, so I bought and replaced the part, and the total cost was $ 17 and it took 2 minutes to replace the socket. He's a nice, low-cost guy at first, but he's the one who overcharges those who trust and entrust. He is a deceiving person. Be careful not to be fooled.

I need to replace my indirect water heater. For some reason, local Home Depot were selling the heater but would not install it. Switching to a tankless heater, Home Depot referred plumber quoted more than $5500 labor. So I called a few local heating companies. Yoon's Heating & cooling responded quickly. Next day he came and later quoted me a heater and labor for the job. The heater model is what I want and it is 20% lower than HomeDepot. The labor is very reasonable too. He was at my home next Monday at the appointment time. The heater is heavy for one man so He had a friend come to help. He had done a few extra things including replacing boiler pressure reducing feeder and its pipes, installed a few extra valves to comply with current plumbing code. After 5 hours, the works was done, he cleaned the room refilled the boiler, tested them and made sure everything working. He collected the remaining part of total cost without extra charge, I am happy with the job done and how smooth the thing was going.

Yoon Heating is best plumber I known for years. He can repair things other plumbers can't. Many many years of experiences. Always gives 1 year warranty for all this jobs. Very reputable.
