Watch out. I had a leaking backflow valve that needed replacement, was quoted $998, which seemed very high, I'm not a plumber yet felt that the job should be somewhere between $400-500 and so paid the $53 call out fee and rejected the quote. Sure enough, a local licensed plumber came out and quoted $495 for parts and labor. Ive given 2 stars here because at least they were responsive and on time yet that's because they are making a bucket load of money. Not impressed.
Brian was amazing, he installed our new hot water heater in less than 2 hours and was extremely professional and personable.
Plumbing expensive and I expect excellent service for the price. That is what I received from Good Tidings. The plumber showed up on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after doing the work.
We had a 5 star experience with Good Tidings from our first call all the way through installation. They are reliable, responsive and experts in their field. We cannot recommend their services enough and will certainly be thankful for them this summer when our AC is working!

I use Good Tidings service in the last 20 some years. This morning, my hot water tank gave out on me. I called and get the same day replacement. Great and quality job from Jay and his partner. I also had them installed Halo water filter for the entire household 10 years ago, therefore, I do not have to buy bottle water. Good Tidings company provides very reliable and quality service as always. I appreciated very much for their responsiveness for my urgent request even on Sunday morning.
Thank you to everyone at Good Tidings! We had a stellar pair of professionals fix two problematic issues with sinks. The service was incredibly professional and personal. The professionals took time to explain our options, the pricing differences, and didn’t apply any pressure whatsoever on our decision. They also gave our dog lots of love - who wanted to ‘help’ with the task at hand. Recommend highly and thank you!

Luke and Brian from Good Tidings were wonderful. From the moment I called with my leak emergency Luke was able to help me and have his colleague Brian come out within 90 minutes to help solve our issue. Brian was wonderful and professional. He was able to quickly identify where our clog was and how to resolve it. So thankful we found good tidings and will be using them moving forward!

I’m saddened I cannot give these guys (and gals) 100 stars! I called after 5:30 pm and Luke was courteous and helped with my problem. A tech was dispatched within 30 minutes. Steve and another tech (I am so sorry I am terrible with names!) worked to remove the failed water heater and install a new one. Fast, efficient and empathetic to our situation. I thank this team and had only wish I found this company years ago. Seriously look no further. Please give this team a call. A ++++++ 100 times over. Thank you for the help tonight guys!!!!!!!! - AK

Rob and his co-worker arrived earlier than the scheduled time which worked out for me. They assessed the issues I had, explained options and once I decided, they gave a honest, very reasonable price!
