It genuinely hurts and disappoints me to have to write this review as this man was a family friend, and I trusted his expertise and work at one time. I paid him to install 2 mini-splits in my attic. He never finished the job after a significant amount of time, though he was paid in full (my mistake). Being that we were friends and our kids basically grew up together, I gave a lot of leeway. However, as another recent review says, he is unreliable and avoidant. He will say he is coming on a day and time, not showing up and not answering calls or text messages. I have now resorted to trying to find another HVAC tech to finish the job as he is unreachable. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
As I write this review I am still seething with anger. This company is the epitome of unprofessionalism and unreliability. "I would give Daley zero stars if I could. This company is an absolute disgrace to the industry and gives it a bad reputation. I paid a deposit on February 22 for a furnace repair and they never showed up and consistently made excuses and ultimately never made the repair. My family including my young children and wife were left in the cold all winter because of Daly’s incompetence and lack of professionalism. The only saving grace is that I paid the deposit with a credit card and was able to reverse the charges. Best of luck if you go with these guys

I think if you are knowledgeable in exactly what needs be done, you will get Roc at a reasonable price. If you are a noob like me, I'll recommend you look elsewhere. I had Roc come in to complete an appliance installation. After paying over a $1000, I still had to call in a plumber and electrician to complete the job he charged me for. Not worth it.
He was quick and efficient. I would recommend his service to anyone
I reached out to Roc about fixing my Google Nest thermostat and he was so professional about the process. He knew exactly what the issue was and quickly fixed it. Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but he also took his shoes off before entering my apartment - I personally appreciated that because I have NEVER seen anyone else do that. I will most DEFINITELY use him again.

Punctual, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Daley Service and Installation. I called one morning and the technician was there within the hour. I'd been putting off calling for HVAC service for fear that the price would be too high. But when my air conditioning unit had stopped working in the middle of a mini heat wave I had no choice. And it turns out that the problem -- a small animal had crawled inside the outside unit and chewed on the wires -- was diagnosed and fixed quickly. The technician educated me on the proper way to use the vents to get the maximum use of air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. I will definitely be calling on Daley Service and Installation for my HVAC needs.
