They came when they said they would. They knew what the problem was right away and replaced the necessary part immediately. They didn't try to sell me on something we didn't need. After fixing the ac, they cleaned it, tested to make sure it was performing properly,
Very accountable company! They will not stop working until they get everything as we want them to be. There have been unforeseen problems that have nothing to do with U & V HVAC, but with our particular roof design on our condo and a long term leaking problem long before they put in the unit, , and they have continued to deal with them. We are amazed and very appreciative.
Had no trouble making appointment and the service man came right on time. The service technician performed functions that other hadn't before. He was the best. we have ever had. Amazing!

I would definitely recommend the company.. My wife mainly dealt with them because he sent them up in the attic where the unit was.. It was a fair price compared to what we had paid before.. I think they came out at least a couple of days from when we called..

After the fixes were done and my house successfully cooled, I had a concern about a new sound from the system.. I talked to them then dropped by in the early evening, again quickly diagnosing and making the necessary tweak in their initial repair to fix the problem.. Very reliable.. Highly recommended..
Our Tech was awesome! He was so prompt, respectful, and knowledgeable. Oh and not to mention he was FAST! We mentioned to us the problems we may face in the future with the unit, which we appreciated, so we can prepare for the costs ahead of time.
The installer came and did an excellent and meticulous job installing two large/heavy air conditioners. He didn't rush and took his time to ensure they were done right and installed solidly. Terrific attention to detail and cleanup afterwards. Fantastic!
