I rearranged my schedule to make an appointment for this company to survey my ceiling and a very nice gentleman by the name of Sam came by to take measurements of the duct work needed to be done on my commercial space. He said he would let his boss know to email me and give me a quote. I’ve called the office everyday for 1 week and spoke to 3 different customer service agents, who by the way, are horrible at their profession. They all told me that they have given their manager the message to send me a quote. One lady seemed annoyed that I’ve been calling all week to get a simple quote so they can begin work on my new space. The nice gentleman named Sam then gave me the owner’s direct number. Owner goes by Mike. Mike apologized both times when I called and said he will send me the quote. It’s been 3 days and I haven’t received a phone call or email in regards to this mystery quote. I guess this is God’s way of letting me know to stay far away from this company.
They quickly assessed the situation, graciously offered a number of remedies, and quickly took care of the issue. I appreciate the excellent service. While our region was experiencing a heat wave, the A/C system was swiftly inspected and serviced before the weekend. Excellent workmanship, a fantastic warranty, and flawless service!

It was a genuine pleasure dealing with the tech. He was on-time, thorough, and knowledgeable, and he patiently explained everything about our system that we needed to know in order to make repairs and upgrades. I would highly recommend this company to any of your ac unit needs. The technician who repaired our air conditioner was an expert with the job. I also appreciate his very pleasant personality and he charged us with a fair price.
Amazing!! !! !! they texted within 1 hour of contacting them, and came to set up AC the following morning.. they also went to the store for us, picked up an AC, came and installed.. so grateful for their help and prompt attention to save us from heat.. All in all great experience..
The tech quickly found the problem, and went to a lot of trouble to get the part for my old system. He came in on time and under his estimate. Punctual and courteous. Very good experience. A+.
They did an incredible job installing 4 ductless mini splits in our house for a very reasonable price. they came to do the estimate, and they oversaw the whole project in detail. They were friendly and professional, and did great quality work.

We had two through-the-wall ACs installed bythe company. He was efficient and professional, and we were stunned by how quickly he completed the two installations. The whole procedure was also extremely well priced - much more affordable than competing businesses. Excellent!

When my air conditioner quit blowing cold air, I called R & Q HVAC since I had gotten their card in a marketing package. I wasn't home, but a serviceman arrived right away, charged the unit with Freon, and billed me without ever seeing me before this visit. Definitely have faith in this business.

The young man delivered! Very professional, efficient and professional from quote to finish! They were prompt and on time, they were able to schedule in the installation around my timetable, they worked extremely hard, even though it was an extremely hot day! Cant thank them enough for all they have done.
