Landis arrived promptly and was very professional in his work on my condenser fan.
Aging HVAC system needed replacing, contact Landis for an estimate to replace the existing system. Provided an estimate the same day and less than a week later had installed the new system. Courteous, professional and economical, I would highly recommend.
Joe installed new ac and heating system as well as my tankless hot water heater. It was not the easiest replacement jobs.The whole installation was very professional and neatly done. I must say I had a very good experience and Landis is the reason why great people to work with.
These days it’s really tough to find companies that are reliable, do good work and are a pleasure to deal with. Well these 3 describe Landis. Joe, Joe Jr, Mike and Dustin were a pleasure to have working in my house installing a new HVAC and hot water heater. They were pleasant and great with my little kids! When they were done it’s like they were never there. Clean as a whistle. Joe’s communication and reliability was first class. Nice to see family business’ like this are still around. I would recommend Landis to anyone. Thanks guys we really appreciate you.
These guys were great. Replaced furnace and water heater. The crew was pleasant and the service was on point. They did extras here and there to accommodate the units and thermostat. Very pleased with Landis. Thanks Joe's(Dad and Son) and crew!
Install of new energy efficient AC , heating and water heater through the NJ clean energy program. Installed the 1st week of January 2023. 2 day install. Landis was quick, efficient, neat and knowledgeable when it came to the install. The work done appears grade A, and very professional. I've had no issues with the system so far but its quiet and have noticed better humidity conditions within the house.
Called Joe at 2:30, was at my house by 3:30 and repair done by 4:30. Couldn’t ask for more. All at a more then fair price.
No one called me. I did leave a message November 2 at 930 am and no reply and your company is not the only one. I do leave bad reviews because there is a lot of bad companies out there. You should have someone get back to someone that needs a response even if you don't want to do the work.
Joe went above and beyond on this project. His communication was impeccable. He kept me updated on what he was doing and presented me options quickly once available. Most importantly, he showed up when he said he would! Thanks, Joe!
The installers were great . Everything was done in a professional manner. They removed the old heat an ac unit and two hot water heaters. After everything was removed they brought in the new units.One new high efficiency heater an ac unit an a large on demand hot water unit.I would highly recommend Landis to anyone that is looking to upgrade there heat an ac plus on demand hot water system . When the installation was complete everything was cleaned up and removed. I would just like to thank Joe Landis and son and helper Chad ,for the professional job that was done in a very timely manner. Again I would highly recommend Landis heating and a.c for any repairs or upgrades.
Great job. Joe installed hvac system 21years ago. Today he replaced entire systems. His workmanship is outstanding and also as an individual nobody more reputable. Will always refer him to others. Thank Joe.

I had another company out to service my unit. They were horrible and couldn’t answer basic follow up questions. They only pushed buying a new unit. Landis happened to be at my neighbors house the same day. They came over explained what was wrong with my old system. And had the best service and price for a new one. The guys installed a new a/c, High efficiency heater and tankless hot water system. It was a tough install but they got it done. They even repaired my thermostat.
Every technician has been jammed since Memorial Day weekend. I reached out to Landis today, and their schedule was packed, yet still found a way to fit me in for an AC charge. Can't thank them enough, and they were reasonably priced compared to the others. We'll be using their service when we're ready to purchase our new AC unit!

Very professional and walked us through the whole process of replacing our entire system with an energy efficient one so that we'd get the rebate. They had it installed quickly so we were only without air conditioning for a few hours. I highly recommend using their services.
