Terrence came out promptly. He tested our unit to see what the problem was, figured it out and fixed it that day. He did a great job! The ladies in the office were great as well with answering my call and getting someone to our house that day. I would highly recommend them.
Dealt with Fox prior to the merger with Dowd and they kept technicians we dealt with before. Our technician was Howard who did an outstanding professional job as usual.
Thier technician explained in detail what was wrong with my system and why it was best to replace it. Not only does it work much better my electric bill also went down.

I called Fox Heating and Air Conditioning to check my boiler and heating system. The system seemed to be running too often and making gurgling noises when operating. Howard made a few adjustments, added air to the expansion tank, and let me know what to keep an eye on. If the system needs a future repair, I know who to call.

We woke up to a cold house. Our call was addressed with speed and efficiency. Josh arrived on time. He assessed our situation. Discussed our options and completed the repair in a timely manner. Its was refreshing to deal with friendly, reliable repair service.

I would highly recommend William Fox Heating & Air Conditioning. He's honest, responsive and stands behind his work. I needed a new furnace. It was scheduled quickly and completed on time. Bill was referred to me by word of mouth through another local contractor that I trusted. Technicians Matt and Keith have been great. I'm really happy that we went with Bill Fox for this major investment in our home.
I met with Bill the owner. He explained all the options for an HVAC system. Alot to choose from and he explained all of them in terms I could understand. The warranties and great financing was a plus. The day before installation I was having a major issue with my water heater. I called and his team were at my house within an hour with a new water heater. Now that's what I call service! Bill and his team did a fantastic job and everyone was so friendly. They also installed my smart thermostat and explained how it operated. All I can say is they went above and beyond and I'm so glad I found them!
Josh was great! He had no problem at all locating the issue to fix my a/c unit on one of the hottest weekends of the year so far. This was a Sunday morning emergency dispatch call and Fox heating & cooling was very responsive. No complaints.

Our hot water heater had died. Spoke with Bill about options and we went with a new tankless water heater, which was a great recommendation. They were out right away and the installation was professionally done. I would highly recommend them.
I woke up yesterday morning freezing, the inside temperature was in the low 50s. My thermostat was flashing an unfamiliar error code. I placed a call to Fox who sent a repair man to my home within an hours time. Unfortunately, I needed a part that he did not have on him or in the shop. Much to my surprise, he drove to the Trane dealer, purchased the part and fixed my heater same day! During the time that Keith was trying to secure the part, Erica at the office kept me updated regarding the part and when the repair would be made. Talk about going over and above, especially since the temperature will be 18 degrees tonight. Thank you again!!

Mr. Fox and his team were outstanding. They were professional, courteous, respectful, neat and clean, and the workmanship was superior. Mr. Fox presented a great solution to our heating and cooling needs, and provided it at a reasonable price. His workers arrived on time and did a great job with the installation. They took the time to explain the system and were very knowledgeable about all aspects of our new ductless mini split unit. I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
