Always used Copperhead for plumbing services and this time I needed to install an outlet for my new EV. Thanks to Pat’s professional advice on selecting a right location to install the outlet. Pat responded promptly to my email questions and he is very easy and pleased to work with. I am very happy with the installation and Pat is highly recommended!

Hired them a few times to install a new water heater and do some work on my HVAC system. Prices are on the higher side but worth the quality service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any service and I would definitely hire them again. Both times the service was excellent, and the techs were very professional, worked quickly, and were very clear every step of the way. Shout out to Nick and Ben!

Ben was the Plumber that arrived the last time I used this company. He was super nice and professional in all the ways I hope a workman will be. Clean, communicative and helpful, he even saved us some money by suggesting cheaper options. I've been using the company for years because they have the knowledge and experience to handle some of the antiquated plumbing that haunts my 160yr old home. Ben was very attentive to making sure that he didn't make a mess... like... at all, I appreciated that detail.
After our furnace needed more water every time the heat came on, we found the problem after we opened up paneling. A very corroded pipe was the culprit. I called Copperhead and they sent someone out that day to assess the problem. They came back the next day and got everything taken care of. Professional, neat and tidy also.

Copperhead is the best plumbing co. in my area. I have used them for years. They are professional, reliable, and do an excellent job. I tried a different plumber one time because he was less expensive, but I paid for it. He left my bathroom in a complete mess. Copperhead plumbers clean up beautifully after they finish the job. They may be more expensive, but they are are worth it, knowing that the job will be done right.
Was told it would be $165 to look at the unit and provide a quote, showed up and charged me $330 because they had to look at two units. Never got the quote, chased them for a month and no one bothered to even respond to me when I followed up. Dishonest company, stay away.

They are my go-to guys for any plumbing needs or repairs. They have replaced our garbage disposal, installed our Aprilaire humidifier and a couple of small repair jobs. A great company.
Installer came on time and was fully prepared. Finished faucet install in a very timely fashion. Evaluated and repaired my air supply blockage issue on my furnace. A true pro! Very happy with Mike's work!
We've used Copperhead for all our plumbing needs for 29 years. The service is always done right the first time. Appointments are scheduled and the service techs are ALWAYS there at exactly the agreed upon time. Tom, the owner, thinks ahead, too. I was a sad puppy one week into COVID shutdown (March 2020) when my hot water heater sprang a leak. To my delight, Tom had already ordered a supply of water heaters--anticipating supply chain issues. I was able to get the water heater replaced a day later. I recommend them to all my friends and new neighbors who move into town.
I have been using Copperhead Plumbing for many years. This past New Years Eve, my hot water heater flooded my garage. Tom came out and in a few hours, installed a new one. Then a few weeks ago, temps at 26 degrees, my heater quit. Jim and Josh were at my house in 30 minutes. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and did excellent work. Copperhead is such a professional organization and there prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them for all your heating, a/c and plumbing needs.
