The Kagels team showed up on time and was clear with how the installation process would go. They answered questions clearly and worked quickly and professionally, completing the project in a timely manner.
Our ancient AC broke in the middle of this awful heat wave. Everyone at Kagel's was so helpful and honest. We called in the evening and got an appointment for the next day. Tyler replaced the broken part and got the AC running in no time at all. We are so appreciative (and so are the dogs)!

Joe the tech today went beyond expectations. He paid attention and adjusted so many little things for my 3 year old AC, which will add up to saving money and more efficient comfort. It was the end of long hot day, but he was positive, energetic, and more than thorough. Another great experience with Kagel. (Replaced HVAC, new hot water heater, installed viral/particles filter that really works, maintenance.) Thank you.
Always a pleasure be taken care of by Kagel’s! We had Tyler (who’s basically family) back for maintenance making sure everything was clean, and working properly. Always on time, communicates ETA, and very knowledgeable and professional. Never had a negative experience! Nice to always see familiar faces who know your HVAC systems!
Yesterday I tried for the first time Kagel’s..it will be the first of many times. Not only did they come out when scheduled they offered very affordable rates and easily fixed the issue at hand with my AC unit. It turns out my unit was not low on Freon like I thought since the house wasn’t getting cool but the coils were incredibly dirty from all the lawnmowing I’ve done over the years. Kagel’s guy, Joe, took pictures of before and after it was an easy fix. Not only was I satisfied with the service and price but I was very grateful for what Joe did at the end of his visit. My seven-year-old daughter was out in the front yard throwing her stuffed animal around and it accidentally landed on my lower level roof. She started crying immediately and Joe got the ladder off his truck and retrieved the stuffed animal from the roof for my little girl. That’s how you know you have a good company filled with good people right there. He could’ve said “liabilities “or “We can’t do anything unrelated to business “or simply thought to himself her parents will have to get it off the roof when they come home. So many thanks Joe, hopefully I won’t be working til the cows come home next time so I can be there to shake your hand and tell you thanks in person. Kagel’s is the company you can trust, so give them a call.
They are great. They reminded me of my maint agreement so I would have no problems with my system. Love how they gave the name and picture who was coming to the house so you know uts the right person. I will continue to use them . They are the best. Thanks Kagel's. 😊
The AC just wasn't cooling the house very well. Though it is very new the ducts are in the attic, and that puts even a new AC system to the test. Joe adjusted the fan speed which made an impressive improvement. His thoughtfulness and professionalism were noticed and appreciated. I am happy, comfortable and grateful.

Kagel's are the best heating an AC business around! We've been using their services for over 25 years and they just replaced both heater and AC. Their work is immaculate and all the guys are great to work with. Joe gave us a great price on replacing both and we couldn't be happier. The township inspectors said it is "top shelf" work and we would and do recommend them to all we talk to!! Tyler does an amazing job as usual. He goes above and beyond, totally dedicated, friendly and you can always have trust in anything he suggests. Love the guys working with Kagel's and wouldn't trade them for anything! We love Tyler! He came out to service heater and AC and even replaced the batteries in our thermostat! He’s a very knowledgeable person not to mention friendly and thorough. Absolutely the best! Never had a bad experience with Kagel’s and always recommend them.
Tyler was very knowledgeable and thorough. Recommended a hard start booster to protect our system from increasingly hotter summers and installed it quickly and efficiently. Always a good experience when I need to contact Kagel's. Highly recommend to all!

Contacted Kagel’s via email regarding heating and ac checkup. They responded promptly and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Their technician Joe gave both our heater and ac a cleaning and checkup. Joe was professional and pleasant and answered any questions we had. I will use Kagels for any future heating or AC needs. Joe was such a great person to help us out with our AC problem. He was courteous and honest about the issue. We wouldn’t hesitate to call The company again to help us with out heating and air conditioning needs.
What can I say? Kagel's is professional, courteous and quick! Joe the owner came out to check out my house and existing ductwork and he was very straightforward with my options. He considered what I should do, but also let me decide on what I ultimately wanted to do. It's nice when a business owner does not push you into making a decision. I chose a 4 Zone Ductless mini split system by Fujitsu. Setting up scheduling and making a down payment was very easy talking to Sarah on the phone and this company also assists with obtaining permits and will help me with who to contact for inspections. When it came to install day, David (the main contact) and the rest of the crew showed up around 9 am and took them until about 3 pm to finish the shop. This involved placing the zones, running the lines, setting up the electrical and connection to the outdoor unit. The install was fast, clean (they vacuumed all the construction areas), very professional. David went over where the units go, even took my thoughts into consideration on placement. David is probably one of the kindness, courteous service technicians I have ever dealt with. Felt like an old friend came to do the work, which is very nice and comforting! The units look clean, inconspicuous and are whisper quiet! I can't wait to see how well they work in the summer!
Kagels replaced our furnace, ac, and hot water heater. The installation was quick and was at a much higher quality standard than the previous units (different installers) were. The crew was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend Kagels to anyone looking for a new HVAC system.
I have used Kagel's for years, in 2021 they put in a new system, A+, yesterday was just annual check up, technician arrived on time, was fast, polite, and efficient. I am a teacher so I give grades. He got an A+. Thanks Kagel's Heating and AC
Joe Kagel and his staff are great. They came out very quickly on a SUNDAY morning to assess my issues with no heat in the house. It was determined that we needed new heater, AC and hot water heater. They installed these units in a matter of days, despite supply chain issues. Their work ethic is wonderful and they responded to all of my questions and explained everything about my new units. They cleaned up and left no mess or debris in my home. I can most definitely recommend Kagel's for heating and cooling systems installation and maintenance. Dan Tomasulo
