Very unprofessional. I do not recommend. Customer beware. I scheduled with them for an estimate for heat pump in attic. The initial conversation involved the agent ignoring my request and targeting a boiler replacement, which I declined. Their estimator did not show to the appointment, despite having 2 hour block. I called Yuhan HAC, asked to speak with a manager, and was lied to about whom I was speaking with-- "is this a manager? --> uh-huh". The "manager" said that my appointment was cancelled and there was confusion about the situation. Sadly, I only scheduled the appointment the day before and received an auto-SMS confirmation text, so there was no cause for confusion. Not sure why so many stars for this contractor. They must be paying for fake positive reviews.
I had an appointment with a time slot of 12:00-2:00. I received a telephone call saying my technician can arrive early! Amazing. I was so impressed with the service I received from Oscar Cos. He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and clean. Also, re: the office; from the time I made my appointment, to the following communications , the process was extremely professional. I have already referred Yuhan to several friends; and when next I need their help I will request Oscar.
use them twice yearly for summer and winter maintenance. They also installed new HVAC systems for us in prior years. always prompt when visit is needed on short notice. Strongly recommend.
We have used Yuhan for more than a decade now. They are loyal to long-standing customers and will go out of their way to provide service and resolve issues -- if necessary in emergency cases come by several times in a row until the problem is fixed to the homeowner's satisfaction. Technicians are friendly, tidy, organized and very careful when working inside the home.
The team was fast and efficient, did a great job. I would highly recommend them to others.

Yuhan sent over three servicemen (including forman) to install a new outside AC compressor and air handler in our underfloor crawl space off the garage. The space was very limited and confining. They did the entire job as planned They test the system before they left and all was found satisfactory.

From the moment that Mr. Justin So came to my house to give us the estimate, I knew that it was the company that I could trust, his knowledge, and his honesty did not make me doubt that everything would be a success. Yuhan has been our HVAC contractor for 20 years. Response times are excellent and the repairs have always had our home back at temperature quickly. I can highly reccomend!
My HVAC was not working, Mark the service manager was at my house within 30 min, did a through examination and determined how to fix it. Offered a reasonable price for the work. Very professional company.
Jose T. came by for a new AC installation estimate. Jose has exceptional customer service, is knowledgeable, clear, and patient. He explained my unit options as well as other offerings and did not attempt to oversell. He was awesome and I was extremely pleased with his professionalism.
