I’d like to echo the overwhelmingly positive statements that have been made about this company and its service. In particular I’d like to recommend Victor, the service technician, who demonstrated expertise, communicated well his findings and recommendations for addressing the problems with our malfunctioning A/C system. The quality of ICS’ staff certainly speaks to what you want from this kind of transaction: competitively-priced, well-organized, and customer-oriented.

I found Integrate Comfort Systems through a Facebook/Instagram ad. I reached out to them for an inquiry and they were super responsive in getting back to me. The best part was they actually asked if I preferred text or phone call -- texting is way easier for me with my busy work schedule. So definitely appreciated that. They came quickly to do a in-home consult and the team was professional and honest when it came to my cooling needs and what would be right for my home. They were able to get me a quote the same day and they were super easy to work with and responsive to get the ball rolling with the project. For the installation the team was very professional let by Ivan and David. We ran into an issue with insulation and the team provided a quick solution while maintaining the right aesthetic for my home. They were professional and courtesy and kept their work spaces clean. Would highly recommend!
Working with ICS has been an absolute delight—not something I say lightly. But from moment one to right now—as I feel the cool air on my back from my newly-installed, multi-zone, climate-and-wallet-friendly heat pump system—the ICS team has been clear, communicative, respectful, effective, and all-around great. ICS was both more affordable and more knowledgeable about heat pump installation than other contractors I spoke with, and came recommended by others in the local community, making them the natural choice for this project. Speaking of natural: I had them rip out my old natural gas furnace from the early 90s and a builder-grade central air unit, replacing both with a heat pump system (one central unit and two mini-splits). The ICS crew that did the work — José, Mohammad, and Louis — were incredibly hardworking, patient, clean, and reliable. I can't speak highly enough of their work and attitude. They treated my home like their own. I truly can't say enough good things about my experience with ICS.

ICS performed entire mechanical service for our new construction. They were great from very early assisting us in deciding which system to use for higher efficiency, determining how many zones and units needed, from installation to getting units running. They were responsive professional neat and timely. Highly recommend. Our technician Jose was fantastic.
We had a very old rooftop a/c unit which was difficult to replace, but ICS assessed the situation and made it happen, and we now have a working air conditioner just in time for summer. Very grateful for their professionalism and patience through the ups and downs of permits and board approval. Would definitely recommend ICS for a/c installation.

These guys are AWESOME. Loved them because: 1. They gave me the best price for fixing the issue (a duct was collapsed). Didn’t try to upsell at all. 2. Made sure the place wasn’t a mess (checkout the photo). My place was pretty clean, no mess. 3. 10/10 on communication and scheduling
This guy leads his company with integrity. They stand behind their work and lead the industry by example of doing the right things the right ways. Top notch and look forward to working with them on future projects.
Last summer I didn’t know where to turn, we had inherited some poorly installed mini split AC units that would not work. We called ICS who sent Brandon who immediately knew what the issue was and how to fix it. He told us ahead of time what potential complications there might be and also the potential costs. Brandon was able to help when many other companies could not. This is a great company and definitely one I would call again. Highly recommend Brandon!
Very complicated job of replacing industrial mechanical fan system and installing new A/C. They did great design and install. System is quiet and effective. They were on time and in budget.
Victor from Integrated Comfort Systems did an excellent job repairing my Daikin VRF HVAC system. I could not recommend him and ICS more highly.
Brandon from Integrate Comfort Systems exceeded all expectations. We've had numerous issues with our HVAC system over the years and not much luck finding effective solutions. Brandon was able to identify the problems, fix our machines, and explain the core issue in a courteous and timely manner. Update 2/15/23 - Victor and David were our technicians this time and they went above and beyond to fix our issue. The fix was completed quickly and in a timely manner. Victor and David were incredible, I can’t thank them enough for the professional and courteous job they did.
