The G.O.A.T!
So air died, unit in attic fried. Called my guy Anthony Miele from Amtek HVAC who has treated me with kid gloves since I moved here in 2014. Always came to my rescue. Now he is an advisor with Coastal AC out of Hazlet. The owner, George, is on his way from there to help me get my new unit tomorrow! Yes, tomorrow. Having MS and rosacea, heat is a killer. My house is usually set at 63 degrees all year, I kid you not. So having my house in the 90s almost caused me heatstroke. Luckily I was away for 1 week and I'm still at my niece's house, thank the Lord! I highly recommend this company. They have techs close by to service your needs. Having the owner drive from Hazlet to address my needs is unheard of. I thank God for meeting Anthony and all the staff at Coastal AC. Highly recommend.
We highly recommend Amtek. Anthony and his team makes you feel like you're their only customer. They installed a new cooling and heating system and the installation went perfect, we couldn't be happier. Now we have peace of mind knowing Amtek is there for us.
I am so happy that friends suggested AMTEK to me when I needed a new HVAC system. It’s been almost five years now and I’m still a very satisfied customer. Today Steve Gladden was here. He arrived on time, was courteous, efficient,and left the area in which he was working spotless.
I was very pleased with the entire process of dealing with AMTEK, from the day I was given the estimate to the day the job was completed. My central air conditioning unit died during one of the worst heatwaves this past August. After getting 3 or 4 estimates, Anthony was the only one who said they could do the job right away instead of having to wait another month for the other companies. The crew was reliable, efficient, and knowledgeable, and I would recommend Anthony and his crew very highly. AMTEK offers an excellent 10 yr warranty and I am confident that I will have no problem if I ever do need to call for service. They are A-#1 in my book!
When our central A/C stopped working in the middle of a heat wave I panicked. Who do I call, can I trust them, how much and when can the come. I chose Amtek because the are listed as a Coleman dealer. (the brand I own) I called at 8 in the morning they said they were busy but would shuffle a few things around and would be here in a hour. The tech arrived and very quickly and professionally diagnosed the issue. He contacted Coleman the part was under warranty. I paid the diagnostic time and the labor. They recommend a surge protector to help prevent help prevent a recurrence of the issue. I would recommend these guys.

I would NOT recommend this company for any reason, and will not give even 1 star. I initially gave a 5 star review, as I am a business woman myself. After I posted, and within a 2 hour period, the nightmare began! When they first came, I only called to have the Humidifier explained to me as my son was badly injured in a rehabilitation center. The crew that came out CONVINCED me I needed a service contract at $565. A few days later, I was told part of the service contract is to INSPECT the units and clean. When they came back the crew CONVINCED me a fairly new system needed replacement parts, AND CONVINCED me I need a water safety valve on both units, as the installer INSTALLED THE UNITS WRONG!!!!!!!!!! Upon their touching my units, my upper floor high efficiency unit stopped working. They came back 3 times and EACH TIME spent several hours, to still not working. I called an HVAC company that does nothing but this type of work to discover the parts, they CONVINCED me did not exist and by law needed ALREADY EXISTED ON THE UNITS!!!!!! The basement unit is already set up to flow into the sump well. The house would need for a flood 4 feet deep before their piece installed would kick in. The part installed in the upper level of the home ALREADY EXISTED 4 FEET TO THE RIGHT OF THIS PART THEY INSISTED NEEDED TO BE INSTALLED!!!!!!! They took away parts as well, so that now come winter I DO NOT HAVE HEAT!!!!!! Had I not had issues with the air conditioning no longer working properly, I WOULD HAVE NOT KNOWN, and they would have CONVINCED me a fairly new unit is now not working and needs parts. I am in process of contacting an attorney and cost of repairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!!!!!!
The owners are so friendly and easy to work with. They really care about their customers and treat them just like a part of the family. They honest work and would definitely recommend!

The staff at Amtek are professional and very personable. Additionally, they were able to provide service the next day when calling late in the afternoon the day before. Our previous HVAC company could only provide an appointment 4 days later. Our system failed on 19 Jul 2019 with temperatures were nearing 100 degrees. Alex had us up and running in about an hour, which included 4 major components replaced and a full system check. Exceptional service!
Anthony and his team were very professional also very helpful and informative in choosing and installing a new unit for my house.

This is an amazing group of very knowledgeable, reliable and detail oriented workers. Management is very in tune to their customers and I am finally, after several years as a customer, letting everyone know how happy and confident I am to have our home serviced by Amtek HVAC.

I can’t emphasis enough how happy I’ve been with Amtek for many years. I always feel confident they will be there for if I need them. Their professional yet friendly staff is always aces. They ALWAYS respect my home which is very important to me. Both the owner, and his workers know their stuff. My recent maintenance call was exceptional as always. Mike and Alex were prompt and did my maintenance in a very timely manner. They also installed wireless thermostats which work so well!! I can’t say enough about this company. Thank you Anthony and your entire staff for always being impeccable.

AMTEK bailed us out in a crisis (heater not functioning) on a cold day in February, 2015, and we have been loyal customers ever since. Anthony and team responded promptly on that weekend day and rescued us. Since then, AMTEK has provided GREAT service on every occasion, and recently replaced our furnace. The service is always of the highest quality, and Anthony and Dana are always responsive and willing to work with us through any situation.
