HIGHLY recommend CarrFord! They came out as an emergency visit and ended up switching over our oil heating to gas. They were affordable, thorough, reliable and true professionals. They even installed some extra ducts did a top notch job making sure our new system would be efficient. Definitely trust them to do repairs or installation for any heating or air needs.

Bob and Dave have been servicing my ac for about 10 years. Recently my home is up for sale and my hot water heater went. They told me it could be repaired with a new part. This was great because the heater was only 10 years old. Sadly the part they receive was wrong and no one had one. Luckily they had a 6 months old one in there warehouse. The installed it the same day and saved me over a $1000 dollars. They are so honest!
I used Mr. Fords company and really wish I didn't. I hired him mid May and was promised installation by the end of June. I received a call from Mr. Ford mid June and he had a cancelation, but when I asked him if he had pulled a permit, he said "thats not how he does things". He said he would get a permit when the job was done. I told him we wanted a permit before he started and he was very angry and said I would now have to wait weeks for the job to be done. His company came out today, I will say his workers were very polite and professional. Mr. Ford only stayed on the job briefly. The job was done around 3:00 pm. I had to leave the same time as the workers. When I arrived home at 6 pm the air conditioner was making a really loud noise. I called Mr. Ford and explained the problem. He stated that there was nothing he could do till maybe Monday. He asked why I waited to call so long after the workers left. Mr. Ford, the job was done today and broke today, I'm not sure why you are trying to make this the consumers problem. Your company is 5 minutes from my home. There is a warranty on your work. A REAL professional would have come out tonight. In addition to that you added the cost of the permit onto the balance, which was not an estimate, so truly your intention was to never get a permit to begin with. SO DISAPPOINTED I should have given my business to a company way more professional.
I just had the team from CarrFord out to replace the gas furnace and ac unit. Although it's too cold in Feb. to really try out the ac unit, but everything appears like they did a great job. Jose and his team were great to deal with during the installation. In a day when craftsmanship and attention to detail seems to be set aside in most companies, it is still very much alive in this business. It's said that how you do anything exemplified how you do everything. I offer the situation of a small baseboard electric heater we also had them install in a powder room that always had a heating issue. They took the time to consult with us for the exact placement of the baseboard unit. I would think that most installers would have just put it wherever they wanted, so I was very glad they were communicative and responsive.
Furnace broke last night, called them at 8:30 this morning. Jose called me back and gave an accurate arrival time, then had it working by 10:45. Diagnosed and replaced problem parts immediately—after a freezing night, I am so grateful for the quick response!
Our old AC unit, which was about 35 years old stopped working about 1 week before our daughter’s wedding. Needless to say my wife panicked and contacted Bob Ford of CarrFord. He had previously installed a blower fan on our other AC unit and we were satisfied with how quickly he responded to our call. He had to do some schedule changes but was able to remove and install the new AC unit in 3 days! It was a lot of work and we were extremely pleased with the work that his crew performed! Everything was done professionally from the ductwork (Fabricated by Jose) to the routing of all the lines to the placement of the condenser. My wife and I highly recommend them for any AC or heating work.
AWESOME Experience!!! We are so happy we called Carrford Heating & Air when our Central Air stopped working. Bob Ford (owner) is very likeable, knowledgeable and honest. He came to our house, inspected the AC unit, compressor in attic and pipes in basement. He explained everything to us, offered suggestions, answered our questions and gave us a free estimate. In talking with Bob, we felt comfortable and confident we called the right company for the job. Prices are very reasonable!! Especially considering the quality of work the team performed! In addition to their quality work, they were on-time, friendly, professional and detailed. They used a drop cloth that extended from the work area to the front door. Highly recommend! Bob and the CarrFord team are top notch!!! Quote and installation were done in the early months of the pandemic without a hitch. Bob came out to quote when he promised and clearly is very knowledgeable. He provided great input on what system would make the most sense in our house and listened to my input. The work started as promised and the team of Jose, Mark, and Joe were dedicated, courteous, and extremely professional in every way throughout the entire removal and replacement process. Their work was very meticulous and very clean. They clearly respect and treat their customer by doing their work as if they were doing in their own homes. They even stayed late to complete the install so we would have air conditioning over a hot weekend. Thanks so much!

Extremely pleased with our new air conditioning system. Owner Robert Ford is very knowledgeable and explained the options we had and gave us a good price. The installers were courteous and professional, working cheerfully to install our system in our attic in 100 degree heatwave in July! They cleaned everything when finished. Office staff was helpful too. Great company!

My a/c wasnt working right. I called in, and with in an hour after getting off the phone, a tech was out and trouble shot my issue. My issue was resolved with in 24hrs of me calling. The tech Dave was knowledgeable, and straight to the point. I highly recommend them.
