Jim and his team did an incredible job. They provide a high level of service at a great price and took the time to answer all of my questions to make us comfortable with the whole process. I would highly recommend ductless saves and plan to hire them again for our primary home.
They canceled my appointment on the day they were supposed to come consult me. After 3 days they said my area was out of their region of work.
We received a quality ductless system for a fair price. They were professional craftsmen who took pride in their work. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked. Plus they were very friendly! Jim called to follow up to see if we had any questions and make sure we were happy. We later left him a voicemail that we needed help and he called back immediately. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
I reached out for quotes to a number of heat pump installers, and Jim with Ductless Saves was by far the most professional and knowledgeable. He promptly scheduled an appointment to spec out a system for my office, and came back to me with a very fair quote and installation timeline. I really liked how transparent he was about various prices and options. At the time of installation, Jim and his team got straight to work and finished the job quickly and professionally. I would certainly recommend Ductless Saves to anyone looking for mini split system!

We would like to recommend Ductless Saves Mini Split Company for the excellent installation of a Mini Split System. Jim and Tom arrived on time for the installation and got right to work. They made sure that we were in agreement on where to place each unit. They worked very well together as a professional team. When completed installation they stayed with us until we were comfortable with using the remotes. The units work Great, so quiet couldn't tell they were working. Love the system, best purchase EVER!!
Jim, owner of Ductless Saves, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, prompt with estimates and installation, and explained in detail the benefits of a split system. Once installed, he took the time to show me how to use the system for the greatest comfort and efficiency, and to answer all my questions. He deserves a 10+ rating!

The owner Jim is a real gentleman and down to earth. He has great technical aptitude and is practical in his approach to suggesting a design & instalation of a system.
