This businesses work truck was tailing me on the highway and driving erratically.
Tim was onsite within 20 minutes of me calling, got my furnace back up and running within 10 minutes.I will be recommending him to everyone I know.
Tim and his crew are always: Responds to our emergencies very quickly, very professional and polite, efficient in diagnosis and repair, fair pricing and very clean.
We've been calling Tim Garritty for over two weeks now, first by text and then by phone. We have two oil furnaces that need annual maintenance. We know it's not a priority, but we're looking to establish a long term relationship. Tim has called back, but so far has not scheduled an appointment. Not a good start.
Excellent service. I called Tim as a first time customer around 11:30 AM. He had technicians on site by 1 PM and the work was done by 1:45 PM. The bill was extremely reasonable for same day service including a part replacement. I would highly recommend them!
Walked down into the basement the other morning and stepped into a puddle of water. Not flooded but wet. Suspected my old water heater. Shut it down and called T Garrity expecting no hot water for a few days. To my surprise the owner Tim picked up on his cell. Told me he was on his way to an estimate in another town and would swing by on his way back to have a look. He and his brother did in fact come to inspect the situation a couple of hours later confirming that indeed my water heater had heated its last. Another surprise, he said they could run out and get me a replacement that morning but didnt know if his electrician could make it today but he'd try to get him on site (I had decided to switch from oil fired hot water to electric and would need a dedicated breaker). Two hours later the HWH was installed and another hour after that the electrician came by. You tell me where and when in this day and age can you get a plumber and electrician to even come to look at your job same day, not only that, but to have the whole process completed in a few hours. Thank you! The best, highly recommend.

Tim and his brother stopped by our house today to fix a leaky oil fired boiler. These guys were professional, found the issue and resolved it quickly. I also tend to ask a lot of questions, and English isn't my wife's first language, so some of the technical conversations are a little harder for her to follow. I mention this point out how patient these guys were in discussing our boiler and their fix. In New England, everyone needs the peace of mind that they have a great HVAC guy on their side. I've got this guy on speed dial, and will be calling him again. Thank you Tim!

Was referred to Tim's business and twice used his services. Can't stress enough what a great crew and how professional they run thier business. I called T. Garrity after a friend referred him. They promptly got back to us and scheduled an appointment. They called the morning before the appointment to see if we wanted them to come a day early because there was a blizzard coming. They also saved us almost $8,000 by replacing an inexpensive part on our water heater, (two other big name local companies who came to the house told us to just buy a new water heater, then tried to up-sell us.) He never even mentioned buying new, he simply came in and fixed the problem that we had been stressing over for almost a year and the problem went away. When does that happen!?!? Signed - A delighted, de-stressed customer for life.
My family and I have used T Garrriy Heating for years, and he is nothing short of amazing. He answers his own cell phone when you call, he showed up on Christmas Eve one year without hesitation. It is very rare these days to find someone who is not only great at what he does, but who also takes care of you the way he would his own family. 5 stars just isn't enough!!
