Contacted Heritage to diagnose a problem with my whole house upright dehumidifier. Even though they were not completely familiar with my model, they did an outstanding job of determining the problem, well within the first hour and estimated price. They also provided me with the documentation necessary to go back to the manufacturer and resolve the issue thru warranty. As a result, even though the dehumidifier was past warranty, the manufacturer offered to repair/replace the unit at no cost to me. Without Heritage providing articulate diagnostic documentation, I do not believe that would have happened. The technicians were exceptionally competent and professional. Cost was very fair and reasonable. I would recommend Heritage to anyone with a Dehumidifier problem, and I expect their otter services would be just as good!
Had previous work done and had a bad GFI fail on me. Called Monday before the 4th of July holiday, was thrilled with the professional representative, said they had a technician in the area and would send him directly. Within 20 minutes my problem was handle by professional staff . I cannot say enough about how happy I have chosen Heritage to work on my home. Thanks again to Colin who was an asset to your company. These are the professionals, the big dogs to call in when you want something done right the first time. They are not a cheap as others, but that's the price you pay for that level of workmenship.

We had a new A/C system installed 3 years ago. It has had some recurring issues. HOWEVER… the service department has been incredibly attentive, respectful, sympathetic, professional, fair and patient. Today, Aaron and Paul came out, on time, examined the system and explained the issue at hand, in great detail…because I want details.. Not only did they get the problem fixed, but I am left very confident that they will return if the problem happens again. Despite the need for service on a relatively new system, I will still recommend Heritage. Problem aside, this new system is way more efficient and quiet than the previous system, and, on advise of the installer, we downsized the system. We got quotes from three companies. Heritage was the only one that advised us that smaller units would suffice, and they were right.
Great communication regarding time of service, diagnosing and explaining services being done. Professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Would definitely recommend this company to neighbors and friends.
Tom came out just to take a look at my furnace/ac. He was not able to do any work outside due to rain, but he let me know what was going on with the ac/condenser. He explained so I could understand and was able to book an appt with a project manager to come out and talk over options with me. Thank you Tom. Tracy Watson
