Garrett has been very good to work with since installing and servicing my heat pump for the past ten years. His company responds promptly when called and they have backed up their work as promised. I have had very few heat pump related issues over the years, on the couple of occasions they’ve presented, Elite Heating and Cooling has taken care of them quickly.

Responsive, timely and high quality service to diagnose and repair heating system.
Alex, from Elite, came to perform routine maintenance on our propane furnace and discovered that the heat exchanger was damaged due to overheating. He immediately shut down and red-flagged the system. He contacted his boss, Garrett, and informed us they would secure and install a new system within a few days and so they did! We were extremely impressed with their prompt action. Alex installed the unit and Garrett came by to check his work and further explained that the old furnace was improperly plumbed resulting in the damaged heat exchanger. They made the necessary adjustments to the system to assure we did not have the same problem occur again. Both Alex and Garrett are professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable in all things HVAC. We highly recommend Elite Heating and Cooling.

Highly recommended, very professional, prompt and thorough. Replaced water heater, added whole home filter and replaced gas line. Best HVAC pro in the area. Can’t speak highly enough about the quality of work, professionalism and overall experience. Will definitely use for any needs in the future.

When my HVAC system broke down, called Elite Heating and cooling, and the owner came down within half an hour to inspect. (The other HVAC repair companies I called gave me an appointment for the next week). Elite Heating and cooling owner diagnosed the problem and explained the issue to me clearly. A draft inducer motor had to be replaced. My HVAC system was 15 years old and it was due. Also did an annual maintenance on a subsequent appointment.
Received same day service to take care of AC unit. We appreciated the response time very much, especially with the current high temperature. Can't thank Garrett enough for helping us out. 10/05/22 Evaluation of hot water heater and hot water incoming to our home. Garrett and Alex great help to me.

Our less than 2 yr old AC system decided it did not want to turn on. I had a scheduled appt with the company that installed it but they called to canceled my appt the day of. I reached out to Elite, received a phone call from Garrett. He heard my issue, understood my concerns and came out that same day within hours of the initial contact. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. On top of that he identified the problem and fixed it!!
