Best company around.
The receptionist, Theresa is the rudest woman. Can't believe she still works there after seeing all the negative reviews mentioning her specifically. The guy that actually came to do our service was great. Very nice, polite, did what he needed to do and left. Totally baffled by Theresa's attitude.
I had these guys come out and help me with a shower problem and then had a blow out with furnace at the same time. Highly responsive. Good work. Friendly employees
Such a wanderful customer service, and team that replaced my old oil furnace to gas..many thanks to all ..highly recommend

The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude for no reason! Don't use them!
It’s never fun when a major plumbing thing breaks on a Saturday morning. This morning my hot water heater alarm went off and it shut itself down. LaChance was able to send someone out, and he graciously went and got his van and the parts needed to fix it. I truly appreciated the emergency service and he was so pleasant and nice about it. Thank you !
Dan the plumber was fair and honest and worked quickly to resolve the problem and he also brought the right parts. His experience really counted during a heatwave to fix my air conditioner
I'm a contractor and a home owner and i called for an estimate on some work in my home and it's been nearly a week without a call back. If they are busy, say so and I'll call someone else .
They were quick and efficient. Will call them again.
The receptionist over the phone is very rude and needs more customer training. Her attitude is out of this world. A 5 year old would do a better job. Sad but true
The first time I used Lachance, was to fix a hot water tank. Theresa was very pleasant and got me someone to go over within hours. They took care of the problem the same day. The second time it was to replace my boiler. I called multiple companies for quotes however these other companies had either outrageous pricing, didn't want to take the old boiler, wanted to use the cheapest brand, etc. When I called Lachance, Theresa, the customer service rep, told me that they couldn't schedule until a few days after but would call me back to see what she could do since I explained that there was no heat. She called me back within a few minutes and said that she will squeeze me in to get someone out within an hour. Bill, the owner, very nice and humble guy, called me to describe the type of work that was going to be done, brand of the unit, etc. The price was reasonable and brand (Weil McLain) that they use, is one of the best and most importantly that they will move their schedule around to get the job done the same week. I hired them to do the job. They went on Friday morning, same week, replaced the boiler and took the old one the same day. Nothing was left behind and the area was clean. I had read previous reviews stating that Theresa was rude or had terrible customer service, etc. I had nothing but great service and very good communication with her. Awesome job and great service! Thank you guys!
The receptionist named Teresa is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I have never dealt with anyone that is so unapologetically rude over the phone and hangs up immediately in your face as you are in the middle of a question. As you can see I am not the only one who has complained about her. Maybe the company should take an action in regards to this and hire someone who knows a little bit about professionalism and how to treat and intake new clients. This is just very unacceptable and they are lucky to have NH services as their client….
I'm a very happy customer. I lost heat and got it fixed 6 hours later when all other companies said 2 to 3 days to get someone out. They were prompt, direct, and didn't upcharge. I will be calling again the next time I have an issue.
I use Lachance from 2013.. and on 11/30/21 I needed new heating thermostat. They send me Dan. I would like to say Dan is very nice, polite, knowledgeable and most importantly he leasten to the costumer. I bought one thermostat from home depot but he had better one and easy to use. I was very satisfied with his work.I highly recommend Dan .Thank you Dan!!
Teresa was very adept at squeezing us in between appointments. Called LaChance shortly after 10am and was made aware that they had a full schedule both today and tomorrow, but would see what they could do. Received a call back a few minutes later that she would be sending Taylor and Tyler over shortly. They arrived about 10:30am, replaced a leaking shut off valve and kitchen faucet and were done about 11am. We have been customers of LaChance for many years now and have never had a complaint about them. We also use them to service our furnace. Thank you Taylor and Tyler for outstanding service!

We have used Lachance for about 7 years. We first met Bill when he came out to quote our new boiler. We then had an issue with our Well trol tank and found them exceptional in pricing compared to the well company we had previously used. We have found them very responsive and now have them doing service at my parents house, and that too has been very positive.
