Used them to replace my 30 year old AC. Did a great job and now my house is cool.
I don't like leaving reviews like this, but this company has had multiple chances. They did furnace maintenance for me last fall. I was very happy with the service and booked them at that time for AC service in the spring. I wasn't sure if they were coming on that day as it had been booked so far ahead and I hadn't heard from them, so I called. I got an answering service. I had to call the answering service back as I did not hear back. I got a call back and they were away in another state and said the person scheduled for my job that afternoon was running late and asked if I would mind rescheduling to the following week. No problem at all as I know what that can be like. I waited the full two hours on that new day. No show. No call. I called back. Again, answering service. I did not get a response, so I called again. This time I spoke with a very nice lady who apologized and rescheduled. Another schedule came and went. I waited a couple days to see if I would get a call or anything. No. Nothing. So I texted to have my account closed. I received a very heartfelt apology which I have responded to, but I have not heard back in 4 business days.
I'm in trying to get ahold of this company. If phones do not answer any more, does anybody know if they're still in business? I had them install a system last fall, and it doesn't work as of now, and I can't get them to come out and try and repair it. I don't know what else to do. I've tried everything to get ahold of them, but it's not working. They don't want to answer their phones,
Whole house ventilation system and vented the microwave fan to the outside; installed by George’s plumbing and heating. The company is very blessed to have employees that are knowledgeable, professional, personable and courteous. They did a great job with the installation, with explaining the new system to me, and also cleaning up after the installation! I highly recommend George’s plumbing and their employees
Did a bunch of welding for George's on some duct work came out great.

BEWARE I was quoted for a service I did not need. Once I got a second opinion, what was actually needed was 1/3 the price.
Amazing team. Professional, knowedgeable -- from the sales rep to the installation team, we were in good (great!) hands. Work was done quickly and we couldn't be more satisfied. Great work!

UPDATE: The air conditioner is not working properly. In one bedroom, it sounds like the system is rapidly cycling on and off like a revving engine. After numerous attempts to contact him, Jud, the lead technician, eventually came out to diagnose the issue but couldn’t. He said he needed to talk to the furnace manufacturer to discuss the problem and would get back to us (or the manufacturer might send a tech). We never heard back. After trying for weeks to contact him with no response, we found that he left the company and no one was working on our problem. When we contacted our account rep, Lance, he (without exploring the issue) summarily suggested the problem isn’t under warranty. When they were trying to sell us the job, the guys represented that for the price we paid they would warranty the hvac systems even though they were taking over the job. We are sad to see that it appears they are trying to avoid fixing the problems we have lived with for months without even diagnosing the issues. Now that it has gotten colder, we found out the heater is not working properly either and is blowing when it shouldn’t be in some rooms and not blowing in other rooms on the same zone when the blower is on (the heater worked fine last winter before George’s worked on the system). We are contacting the service department AGAIN and I will change my rating if they honor the warranty and fix the issues. ORIGINAL REVIEW: They stepped in to complete our conversion to central A/C and heat after we had to fire our original HVAC contractor. Lance, who came out to bid the job, was extremely responsive. The owner Wil and technician Jud took the time to thoroughly explain what we needed for the system to function properly (including rectifying deficient intake venting the other company designed), patiently answered all our questions, were thoroughly professional yet friendly, and timely completed the project for the quoted price. .

Georges Heating and Cooling was incredible to work with. I started out getting in touch via email and Tina was very kind, responsive, and helpful! She also told me about their maintenance program and talked me through the process, which I greatly appreciated! I signed up immediately. We originally had the team out to see if the AC system that came along with our house purchase could be serviced. When I told them they system was totally down, they got out here quickly. We knew the system was very old, so we were prepared to replace it. Blaine walked me through everything and we decided to just go ahead and replace it rather than trying to keep the old system running for maybe another season. Lance came out the very next day to talk us through our options and recommended a great new system. That following Monday, the team was here to work on the installation! During all of this, I was working from home due to COVID, and the team was so respectful of noise levels and made sure to wave if they needed me if I was on a meeting so I could shut off my video and sound for a minute. All around, everyone that we worked with during this process was super friendly, professional, and helpful. We greatly appreciate how quick they were as well as it was a VERY hot week in New Hampshire when our system was down. I look forward to working with Georges Heating and Cooling in the future for the maintenance program and if any other needs pop up.
Great experience when we had a Heating emergency. Within 24 hours the problem was detected and a new Furnace was installed with great quality. Thank you to Judd for his excellent customer service!

Georges Heating and Air Conditioning installed our hearing and AC system in my new house. The staff was professional, friendly and did a great job installing all the new ductwork. They cleaned up after themselves and the price was great. I would highly recommend them!
All work was performed professionally ,the crew arrived promptly as scheduled completed the work on time using all health protocols. We were pleased with their performance and would refer them to others.

They were very professional and explained everything that was going on. They did an excellent job and made sure everything was cleaned up. I would recommend them to anyone.
