Hello, I hired Armstrong to clean my air and dryer vents. I appreciated them coming a little earlier than stated as they had a large job. They were professional explained the complete process. and did a wonderful job. They were very clean. This is the first time I’ve had this done, and I didn’t know if I would have dust flying around but that did not happen great service, very professional, and I will definitely hire them again.

The techs contacted me and arrived about an hour ahead of their scheduled time! Very professional and courteous. They explained how they clean vents and ducts and were very thorough in their work. They were careful around furniture, and they left the house clean. I highly recommend Armstrong.
They did a quality job cleaning our dryer vent. The scheduling was within a reasonable amount of time, the technicians were on time and professional. They treated our home carefully. Would definitely recommend.
Both Brian and Jamal did a really nice job on getting our vents completely cleaned out. Brian showed me one before and after picture…. He did mention that I would receive more pics by email…. I would highly recommend them !
Anderson Duct, Vent, Hearth & Home was scheduled weeks out to clean duct works on April 13th 2023. When the day arrived, I took the day off from work to be on site for the cleaning. Employees from Armstrong showed up and moved their equipment onto my deck within their 3 hour window to start the work, sharing they would be back within an hour to begin (early afternoon start). Employees occasionally thereafter came onto the deck to smoke cigarettes and take pictures of the landscape/view but didn't communicate they would be further delayed. As their equipment remained on our deck, we assumed they would start work at any moment and stayed at the unit. This went into the night when we realized they had simply left without telling us or moving their equipment from the doorway. Equipment had been placed in the way and remained there through the weekend until the Monday when equipment was picked up but no cleaning was provided. A representative then called and rescheduled a cleaning for May 19th. Again, a 3 hour window for their arrival to start work (12pm-3pm) with us needing to have someone stay home to let them in and be present for the work. Today at 1:34 a representative called to say they would again need to reschedule. Just terrible communication and after the first experience, lack of communication and terrible professionalism (not to mention the smoking, picture taking, leaving the equipment in the way on the deck etc), today's failure to show up and lack of communication coupled with the companies response (willing to schedule for a 3rd time, again with a 3 hour window to show up) is just signs of bigger issues higher up in the organization and complete failings of the company to provide anything close to reasonable customer service. Be warned
Service techs were ontime, professional, provided good explains ticon of service, answered my questions and made recomendations.
Armstrong was great from start to finish. I called on Monday, spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful and they got me on the schedule within 2 days! Andrew came and did the work on my house cleaning the dryer vent. He was on time, called when he was 30 min away, professional, friendly, and did a great job. It was also very reasonably priced. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future!
The 2 gentlemen that showed up were great. They cleaned up after themselves and cleaned up some nasty stuff for us.
They showed up when they said they would. The two guys who came to do the work were respectful and polite. Went about their work promptly and worked steadily until done. The work order was detailed and I was charged what the order indicated. I received prompt polite responses from the company when I emailed them, both before and after the work was done.

They were nice, but used my night stand as a work table and left vent masks (blue foam) after cleaning. Responsive and timely, but something went wrong with each visit.

The tech did not want to do much talking, but was very efficient, and very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with the job done.
