Very professional and knowledgeable team. I got same day service within a couple of hours on a water heater failure and replacement. Dan and Brian serviced the unit and I was impressed on the efficient manner in which they worked. They were well educated and very forthcoming with information on how both my water heater and furnace system worked. There are other plumbers closer to my location but these guys are the gold standard when it comes to service and professionalism.
Used their services, they sent someone who was having serious personal issues to my home causing my system to burn excess oil and put my family at risk. They tried several times to fix the issue finally they did resolve it. Their employee is the person who told me about the first techs issues and that he really messed my system up. Not only that but before I purchased the home the water heating system was replaced but the boiler control was still wired to maintain water temp which means it was running when it was not supposed to burning excess oil. I do owe these people money for oil delivery but feel they should make this right
Had my 1st experience with Absco Heating in October. Our air conditioner located in our, difficult to access attic, was leaking water that was going into our basement. Two extremely polite & professional gentlemen climbed up into our attic, having to contend with an abundance of messy insulation & they quickly fixed the problem. I waited with some anxiety for the bill which, when it came, was 1/3 of what I thought it would be. Absco Heating has a customer for life in me now!
Outstanding service with very fair pricing.
I can't say enough good things about this company! It was a friday afternoon, I was 38 weeks pregnant, my husband was in the hospital, and I went to put some groceries into the basement freezer when I saw that a pipe connected to my boiler was spraying out water and I had a small flood in the basement. I was stressed out and the plumber that my neighbor recommended was out of town, but he referred me to Absco. They were able to come out that same day during business hours, fixed the problem quickly and they were affordable.
This organization of wonderful people have always bailed me out when I need them. Highly recommend.
ABSCO did a great job installing our mini splits at our facility. Quick turnaround from estimate to installation!

This business is by far, hands down the best heating repair business in the state. I woke up to no heat, called them and within 2 hours they were here to fix my furnace. Would never call anyone else.

I had them work on 2 GAS heaters in two different apartments. There was GAS LEAKS in both occasions after the jobs were done. In one of the apartments, the GAS LEAK was so bad, they tenants had to call the Manchester FIRE DEPARTMENT. Also, the technicians have bad communication skills. They don't call you and tell you what the problem is. STAY AWAY!!
Professional, courteous and efficient! Two came out last week to our workplace and were incredibly respectful of us working, while also taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. I have also personally had one serviceman come to my home, about a year ago, and he was also kind and professional. The amazing part was how unrushed he was, despite the fact that he came because it was an emergency and they fit him during a crazy day just before Thanksgiving. I deeply appreciated that!

I WOULD NOT SPEND ANY MONEY TO HAVE ANYTHING FIXED WITH THIS COMPANY. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE. NEVER TROUBLE SHOOT THE TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. ALWAYS BREAKING DOWN TO KEEP THEM COMING BACK.
Just called Absco this morning. Said delivery will be on Monday... was worried about being so low.. called around all said next week even the company that we have been using said Tuesday at a higher price!!! 1 hour later Absco was here with my home oil We are looking forward to doing all our future business with this company.. it’s Friday and very bitter cold.. and they were here for us. My split-type A/C units were working perfectly until this company was brought in by our property management to clean our equipment at a discounted price. When I returned to my seasonal unit a few weekss later I found one of the units was not working (cooling). I called Absco and they told me freon had been added. They then came back out to the property and found they had to add more freon and "stop a leak with dye". The unit again stopped working about 3 days later and since then they continue to book a date to come back to service but cancel at the last minute as well as sending me a bill for $285.00! I have decided to cut my losses and have retained an authorized repair service for the equipment. I would never suggest this company for any repair work. To date I have spent $1,300.00 repairing the problem they caused. There was no leak. They had added additional freon that caused the system to stop working properly.
