I called Jeff Daigle Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling first thing this morning after we woke up to water on our basement floor. We noticed that the hot water heater was leaking. Our house is new construction and the hot water heater itself had essentially busted a seam (according to the inspection of amazing plumber, Noah)! Jeff Daigle's office manager, Christine, had everything on file from the initial install of our hot water heater and not only checked to make sure the warranty was still valid, she also quickly got to work to locate a new hot water heater for us and let me know they would be here this afternoon to replace it. I can't thank Jeff Daigle Plumbing & Heating enough for their prompt response. We are about to welcome our second baby (any day now) and the thought of not having hot water with a toddler and a newborn was less than ideal. THANK YOU, Noah and Christine for your prompt and professional response. We will definitely turn to you for any future plumbing needs!
My sump pump broke and I had quite a bit of water in my basement. I called them and they were able to come out within a couple hours and had the problem fixed and explained everything they did. Highly recommend!!!!
Careless driver... complete disregard for the safety of others. You should not be on the road.
We had Mike come to the house to fix our water heater and he was professional, knowledgeable and fixed our issue! Will definitely be calling in the future.
Mike came out and fixed an issue I've experiencing in my home for the past 3 years. In about an hour he had it resolved and cleaned up. Great service, on time, and within budget!
We had an appointment today that was potentially going to get rescheduled due to another house call that had a larger emergency than our leaking faucets. They were able to move things around and still make our appointment, for that we are eternally grateful as we had to put our larger dog who doesn't deal well with strangers in daycare. The technicians were very knowledgeable polite and patient. The job was done within the quoted range and in a timely manner. We will be using their plumbing services going forward. Kitchen renovations to clueless homeowners. Kristine went above and beyond to explain details. This morning we have Dave out for the 3rd time hooking us back in. Dave is a friendly kind man who is very knowledgeable. I can't say enough about how happy I am with this company. We now have a regular plumber!

Have to compliment Jeff Daigle Plumbing & Heating! My office had no water today, failed well pump. Called them and they had two technicians on site in less than an hour! It was really cold , we didn't t know where the pump was located....they were able to locate the well pump (buried under brick at the front stairs), worked so hard to expose the area and pull the well pump. The service manager also arrived on site. After they determined the type of well pump needed the service manager went to pick up the pump. Huge shout out to Dave, Steve and Derek for your hard work , professionalism and quick response!! Water back on..can't say enough about how happy our company is!!! Jeff Daigle Service Technician Dave was at my home promptly at time frame stated by office personnel. I required 3 furnaces to be cleaned and tuned. Dave was efficient, reassuringly answered all my questions with professional. Cost came in as discussed by office. I would highly recommend Jeff Daigle Plumbing and Heating for their courteous, professional and timely efficiency!
They have fast service. They were really on the ball helping with a frozen pipe mishaps.

Highly recommend Jeff Daigle plumbing & heating! I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment within a day. Dave was our technician and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to correct the issue we had (leaking toilet seal). He was very thorough and was also able to use a camera to see if we had any other leaks beneath our toilet. He also went above and beyond and cleaned three of our drains that I had mentioned were draining slow, and fixed an overflow drain we had been having an issue with. Will definitely be using their services in the future!!
What a wonderful company! We had a flooding problem in our basement which we discovered after hours. We called and Jeff got back to us and scheduled his techs to come to the house early next morning. They assessed the problem and explained in detail every step they would take to remedy it. The repair was done one the spot and the bill was reasonable. Great people to work with. Definitely call them when you have a plumbing or heating need. You won't be disappointed.

My rental condo water heater failed and it's up in the ceiling. Jeff Daigle came out in a timely manner and replaced it without charging a ton of money. HIGHLY recommend!

Our new furnace (combined gas heat/hot water unit) went down during this horrible cold spell. We tried our regular Plumbing & Heating Company, but found that they closed up shop 2 weeks ago. After calling 16 companies and getting the response, “We’re sorry, we’re so busy that we’re only responding to established customers..” we thought we were screwed. But, Jeff Daigle actually responded kindly and professionally, and promised his workers would be out first thing in the morning (we explained we were already set for the night with space heaters). “Dave” arrived at the expected time, and recognized the unit - he assessed and diagnosed the issue efficiently and made the necessary repair. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We’re glad we were blown off by the other companies so we got the chance to utilize the services with our new plumbing & heating company.
