Started using NiBROC oil a couple years ago and never looked back! I was having our previous oil supplier match their lower prices, then decided to switch. Online ordering is a plus, and they always deliver within 48hours. I wish they did propane delivery too! I forgot to leave a check once, and instead of charging my credit card at a higher rate for the fill, the office called me (I wish I could remember her name because she's always fantastic) to let me know they could try again the next day. Customer service is always A+.
I have been using Nibroc oil for a few years now, they have always had competitive prices and great customer service.
Russ did a fanatic job on our Mitsubishi mini split system. He went above and beyond, giving us great advice and working around our complex schedule. One of the best contractors I have worked with! I would absolutely recommend NiBROC Heating & Cooling
I can't say enough good about them. Our burner went down after hours they came right out and got us up and running and went above and beyond to give us a reasonable bill. Staff is always polite and friendly
Wouldn’t schedule a furnace maintenance because I had ordered one oil delivery from a cheaper company. I had been with Nibroc since 2018. Ruthless
Always pleasant when calling there for oil deliveries. We needed service for our furnace during recent frigid cold spell. First time calling they tried to walk us through things so we wouldn’t have to pay for a late in day visit. We thought the problem was solved but a couple of days later the furnace wasn’t producing much heat in the radiators. Called again and they were prompt in returning call and got a tech here as soon as possible. Turned out to be a minor problem thankfully. Their tech was very personable and helpful in giving some helpful advice. Pleased with their service. Thanks from the Gonthier family.

Russ and his team installed a whole house AC system for the two floors of our uniquely structured 3200 sq foot home. All the contractors who bid the job suggested mini split systems since we didn't have duct work in place. The house is a beautiful home and we didn't want the "industrial' appearance of mini splits, we wanted a conventional system. Russ thoughtfully and cost effectively designed a system and he and his team did an incredible job installing all the duct work, floor vents and equipment. For five years, our house has constantly been comfortable and you never can even tell the AC is on. NIBROC also services our boiler and provides our heating oil. They are always there whenever anything needs taking care of. Just plain a great company to do business with.
Always courteous on the phone, price is always very good compared to others, and most times I call they end up delivering same day. Absolutely solid customer service, solid company. NEVER had a problem, ever. 100% transparent on price.
I have purchased my oil from Nibroc for a few years now, and cannot recommend them enough. The office staff is friendly, their prices are fair and their deliveries are always on schedule. They also service our boiler, in the same courteous, professional and fair manner. It’s always a pleasure doing business with them!
The other reviews are true as far as friendly people (drivers, not office staff) and usually good pricing. Where they do fall miserably short is reliability. It is time they be given an honest, performance based review. I don't wish them any ill will- as I said, they seem friendly, but I have given them the benefit of the doubt twice, and their lack of planning and poor judgement have twice wrecked my plans with no apology. I was optimistic about building a relationship with this company, but I've been forced to find someone else. Can't rely on them when you need them the most. Worst part is the attitude after you try to explain how badly they failed you.
We just had Mitsubishi Mini Splits put in the first floor of our home for AC. Russ was incredibly friendly, extremely Conscientious of our budget and the customer service is above and beyond! The equipment and installation are both Completely beyond our expectations, we are very happy with the improvement to our home . I would recommend Nibroc to anyone looking for HVAC Services. I have been ordering oil and services for my home heating system from Nibroc for three years. They have been consistently honest, fair, prompt and professional. I can not recommend them highly enough!
Russ installed some Mitsubishi mini split AC units in our house. Russ was great to work with from the beginning, he went through all the details and explained everything well so we could understand the full picture of what he was going to do, he even was asking questions about our future plans to make sure anything he did would not affect that (when installing and wiring the new units). At the time of installation, he brought a full team to get the job done quickly. They did a great job, the units look great and work very well!
They have been great. Always flexible with delivery and very prompt. Well run company and great to deal with. Great pricing too!!
Their oil price is fantastic! Like .20 cents lower than what was out there!! Super friendly staff. First time using them and if its always this way they'll have a lifelong customer.

We had NiBROC install a mini-split system for us back in May of 2019. We couldn't be happier with their service. They were the lowest quote out of 5 (by a significant amount). They informed us of (and helped us fill out the forms for) state sponsored energy saving rebates saving us a significant amount of money. They were very communicative and extremely easy to deal with. The two folks that came for the install were on time, on point, very professional and kept my wife and I involved at every step giving us different install options etc. When they were done, they even offered to paint the exterior refrigerant line covers to match the house. An absolutely top notch organization and installation. Here we are 4 months later and we LOVE our system. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
