Today a Patriot technician (Dave) came to my home to clean my mini-split air condition units. I have had these units serviced once a year; however, I want to say that this particular service tech was extremely thorough and efficient, friendly and easy to talk to, and VERY pleased with the work that he did. I do hope I am fortunate enough to have him assigned to my property for my next service call to Patriot!!

Patriot Heating and Cooling is top notch and we are lucky to be customers. They are responsive, professional and knowledgable. All the technicians have been super friendly. We recently had Dave pay a visit and he identified our issue very quickly. He was so genuine and personable, felt like an old friend. Keep up the good work, Patriot!!!
I can't say enough good things about Dave Davidson. He did a great job on our A/C maintenance. Explained everything along the way. He was a pleasure to have in our home. I would not hesitate to call Patriot again. Thank you Dave.

The whole team were amazing! They talked us through our emergency on the phone on Friday evening, gave quotes on Sunday and came first thing Monday morning as promised with our new hot water tank. I couldn't have asked for better service or a better experience!
We had Dave D. Come for a annual service on our a/c unit. He was professional, polite, personable, and very thorough. Definitely an asset to your company. It was a pleasure to have him service our unit. A great way to represent Patriot all around! Thank you.
Contacted the office and they had Arthur out to quote a new boiler the very next day. Arthur is a master of his craft. He explained our options in fantastic detail. We can’t wait for he and his team to install our new boiler!
Oil burner stopped running I called patriot heating told them my issue. Tech Matt arrived 30 mins later. Very thorough and professional showed me pics of every step. My burner was never vacuumed out I've serviced it every year since 2019 I was astonished at the amount of soot there was. Patriot heating has a client for life.
Have to give a huge shout out tonight to Patriot Heating and Cooling in Candia Had a routine boiler tune up this morning, but we lost power just before he could finish and re-fire it - perfectly awful timing, he literally just needed 10 more minutes. Once it was apparent power wasn't gonna be back for a bit, he moved on to his next job & said to call when the power came back on & they'd get someone back ASAP to finish it. Of course, no power all day until it came back a little after 7PM. Called them, fully expecting to be told they'd have someone out in the morning with it being so late, but they actually said no, you haven't had heat all day & it's going to get really cold tonight - they had someone here within an hour to finish it up. And not the first time they've gone above & beyond for us. Outstanding service, highly recommend

Outstanding! From the initial call to the time Nate left, nothing but Aces with Patriot. We've been using them for years now for our tune ups and have never been disappointed. They have never tried to pitch us on work they didn't feel was needed at the time. Instead, they tell you what they think could be an issue going forward and provide an estimate so you have an idea of the cost when the issue takes place. I'm sure they could try to extract plenty from us as our equipment is 18 years old. But nope. They don't play that game. Nate is outstanding - extremely knowledgable and explains things in a way a regular guy like myself can understand. It's great never having to worry about being taken for a ride with something you know nothing about. 5 stars all the way!
The first sign that this is a great company was that they answered the phone promptly and were extremely friendly. The owner cam out the next day and did a thorough inspection to properly quote the job. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained all the ins and outs of the job and even offered advice on maintaining our heating system which he hadn't installed. Maegan and team at Patriot were extremely accommodating when setting up the install date and details of the job. The installers Efrain and Decory were fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They even found an issue in my heater that would have cost me thousands if they hadn't seen it. In summary, Patriot has competitive prices, great customer service, and extremely friendly staff. I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs moving foreword.
I had Patriot Heating &Cooling install central air in my home and I was very impressed with the way they worked and the quality of the product. John was very informative explaining everything that would take place and answering any concerns. It was a great experience and everyone involved from the office to the Art the owner was excellent to work with. Thank You
Used Patriot Heating the past couple of years for yearly service and they've been great. Had some work done today and Zach came onsite and worked on our system. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He explained all that work that was done.
Was on time. Haven’t maintained my two natural gas furnaces in 3 years. Adam was able to tune’em up and clarified no issues with them and diagnosis resulted in a normal response.
Responsive and personal service. This company installed a whole new heating & air conditioning system in my home. They are great. I recently had a concern over how my heat was responding to this unusual cold and they took my call after hours and talked me through what was happening and encouraged me to call back if needed. It seems they were correct and everthing was fine. A couple of days later they called back just to check in to make sure everything was ok before an upcoming cold weekend. Who does that these days?... Patriot Heating does. Best service around...

Short Version: Great overall service, Knowledgeable Service Professionals, Upfront, Honest, On time and friendly! Thanks to Nate and Zach for solving our boiler issues. Long Version: Our boiler stopped working the Friday before labor day weekend and we were lucky to have Patriot come out that day to survey the situation. It was decided that we needed a new boiler valve. Given the long weekend and stocking issues they had to order it from PA, which meant they would get the part the following Wed. It arrived on schedule as expected and they were able to send out a repairman that day. The technician installed the new valve but was still having troubles getting the boiler to ignite. They didn't give up or try to throw more parts into it. They stayed as long as it took to solve the problem including contacting the boiler manufacturer and calling in another Patriot technician. Patriot solved our problem and as a new customer we would not hesitate to call them in again!
