Amazingly helpful and fast, the HVAC system stopped working at one of our rental houses, which led to a big problem. Triumph got it fixed faster than we could believe.
Very responsive to request for annual service on AC unit. Good on the phone Right away put me in annual contract--when other local companies did not return my call--and sent the tech out the following week. He was great. Right on time. Loved their automated notice to me he was in route. Excellent service. Highly recommend them.
Great to work with, gave us the best estimate by far for our water heater replacement. They performed the work quickly and followed up to make sure everything was working.
I found Triumph Heating and Cooling via Angie's List when our hot water heater was on the fritz this Thanksgiving. I called them up and explained some of the issues I was seeing. Devin from Triumph explained the possible safety issues over the phone (back-drafting exhaust killing the pilot light and venting into the basement) and scheduled a time to come out to look over the issue ASAP. Once on-site at our home he walked through all the issues we had with this old system and recommended a fresh install with a commercial grade unit to fix not only our improper venting, but also corroded pipes, and improper propane hookup. Devin got us scheduled for an install the NEXT DAY. Thanks to some scheduling efficiencies Devin was able to come even early than he thought, and by 2pm we had hot water! The install was quick, he left things cleaner than it was when he arrived, and walked me through everything that had changed and explained the necessary maintenance steps. Worth every penny!!
Triumph came highly recommended by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. Very pleased with their professional installation of a new heating system in my townhouse, point of contact Devin was very responsive, professional and prompt. Friendly, forthcoming and did great, clean work. They converted my condo from a traditional boiler/water tank to a combi boiler. They were very responsive to my questions and took pride in the work.
I called them out for a no start on my heating unit. They got right out there, figured out the problem and gave me options on how to proceed. Very courteous tecs that came out. Ended up getting it back running as soon as possible and it's been great ever since. That was about a year ago I would highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for heating and cooling service
This company is amazing. These guys will bend over backwards to make their customers happy and they are worth their weight in gold. I've had them here twice, once to thaw my pipes and once for a broken pipe. Thanks John Hanna. Amazing. I can't thank you guys enough.
I had no heat due to the freeze we had. I called Triumph Jim came out took measurements figured out the issue. Got a quote that day and the issue was fixed in a timely and professional manner. They will be my heating and plumbing 1st stop now.
My friend a senior citizen did not have any heat. It was a Sunday morning I called triumph they responded within minutes, and were at my friend's home within an hour. They promptly diagnosed and replaced her thermostat. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and restored her heat for her.

Jim installed a new furnace in my home, he was prompt, professional and friendly and took great care in getting the job done. The repair man was running late and I got a call from their office to let me know, then I got a text when he was on his way. He was very professional and stayed way past 5 to get my boiler fixed
Triumph did a fantastic job installing a new heating system for our house as well as fixing some pluming issues we had. They were extremely professional, prompt and tidy. The new ducting was put in nice and neat as was all other components. They listened to concerns, talked us through everything and helped us understand the new heating very well. We are now very cozy and comfortable, just in time for super cold temps. The plumbing repair was also very professional and well done. They resolved issues that existed when we bought our house and really made everything work so much better. I would definitely recommend and plan to use their services again should I need them.
John is awesome! Very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Came on time, worked and taught us the ins and outs of the new system. We ended up buying a service contract from Triumph.
I cannot say enough about Triumph. I lost my heat late in a Friday night and began my search ealry on Saturday morning. I recieved a call back at 7:00am and a service tech was at my home at 7:30am. the technician was amazing. They are courteous, punctual and didn't want to do more than was necessary. As a result I signed up for their yearly service plan. A+++
I needed them on a Sunday, they came right out within an hour and addressed my issues very punctually and professionally.
Another great experience - I highly recommend this company. Technicians were very knowledgeable and thoughtful about the best way to install the new heating system in the garage and clearly cared about the quality of their work. Owner was quick to answer all questions, and even provided thoughts on some things clearly outside the scope of work. Thank you again!
Wonderful experience! I woke up with no heat on a holiday. They arrived within two hours. Thorough explanations and left me in a better situation than when they arrived all around.
