Cole does incredible work and always does right by his customers. He replaced our furnace and indirect water heater along with a ton of new piping and pumps and did an immaculate job. He is one of the “go to” guys who will help any time any place and is completely honest about what needs to be done. I highly suggest using his services.
We had an issue with our gas furnace and had quite a few companies come out trying to diagnose the issue. It was a tough issue to diagnose because it would only happen when it was really cold and the furnace was running for longer periods of time and this was usually at night. I spoke with Cole and he came by while it was working to check it out and see if he could diagnose it. Without the issue happening it was tough to do so he told me to call as soon as it started happening again, no matter what time of day. A few weeks went by with no issue and then it happened again. I called Cole as soon as it happened and he remembered the issue and was at my house less than an hour later. He was able to figure out the issue and had the system up and running later on that evening. Cole was courteous, professional and took the time to figure out the issue and most of all, was there when we needed him. Working with other heating companies this was never the case. I highly recommend Prime Time Mechanical and we will be using them for all our heating/HVAC needs in the future!
Prime Time Mechanical was a life saver! Cole's response was unbelievable based on other experiences I have had over the last decade with heating and cooling contractors. They were prompt, more than fair in terms of value, and went above and beyond in a short time frame to help us get our furnace and AC systems up and running for a real estate sale that would have been delayed without the work to get it running. Thanks to Prime Time! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We hired Primetime mechanical to replace our oil burner and install a new hot water heater. The installation of both went well however they realized at the end of the job that my Nest thermostat required additional wiring to provide power to it. They promised to come back to finish it up but after a few weeks of not hearing from them I reached out to check in. They responded that they would arrive the next day within a 2 hour window. They never showed and I haven't heard from them sense (one week and counting). My short take: They do good work BEFORE you pay them but if they need to come back to complete anything I recommend holding off payment until they do so.
We purchased our first home last summer. After an extremely hot day of moving in we were thrilled for a shower. This is when we realized we had no hot water. We called Prime Time Mechanical and they were there the same day. The tech took the time to explain what was wrong and why it needed to be replaced. He was extremely professional and informative. The unfortunate part was that this happened on the Friday before Labor day so getting a new hot water heater before Tuesday seemed unlikely. Well much to our surprise Prime Time went completely above and beyond and got us a new hot water heater and installed it the very next day (yes, on a Holiday weekend!). We highly recommend them and will never use anyone else for our heating and air conditioning needs.
I’m over an hour away and I called Prime Time Mechanical because I couldn’t find anyone who was willing to come and look at my furnace without an outrageous fee. The manager showed up after driving over an hour in the middle of the night, fixed my furnace and had a great attitude! The pricing was better than any other place I talked to and he was straight up about what I needed and what I didn’t. He really knew his stuff! Highly recommend!
I bought an older home in Hollis. I called Prime Time to look at a very old boiler and three very old AC units. I was sure that they needed to be replaced and sure enough they were from the 70's and had seen better days. Prime time put together a proposal to replace the boiler, 3 AC Units and 3 Air handlers for my home. Within 10 days the job was complete. The installation looks like it should be in the Smithsonian. I would highly recommend this company.

I would not recommend this company for any type of services. The technician that came out to my home (manager as he noted). He was in my home for only 15 before he incorrectly formed of what he thought was the problem to fix my furnace. When I asked for clarification, he didn't appear to feel comfortable with an explanation and seem defensive. I was told that the part would take 2-3 week and for overnight shipment it would cost me over $200.00 (a part that's under $50.00). I was also informed that he would follow up with an invoice via e-mail which i did not get until i e-mailed him back a few days later asking for it. I asked for additional information regarding services and that seem to upset the technician. I was beyond disappointed and asked to speak to the owner and was told that the owner does not communicated with customers on any level of complaint and/or concerns. As of yet I have not heard back from the owner and I've sent a number of e-mails and called a few times. My business engagement with this company was a waste of time and I would NOT recommend them.
I had them come to my house for a last minute plow when my snowblower broke. They showed up right on time and did a great job!
I called this heating company thinking they would help me out before the Winter they push me out 3 weeks because we're waiting for parts which I understood but they never called me back and they charge me a $160 to walk through my door and he never did anything really disappointed in the quality of service the punctuality and the fact that he took my money without thinking twice and never provided a service
