I have been a customer of Western Nevada Supply for 35 years and I am always impressed every time I walk in the door. I have never seen a business so well-run and organized. They always have whatever I'm looking for in stock. Everyone that works there has a great attitude and is happy to help. I have worked closely with Russ in the solar department, Jason, Barry, Greg, Brad, in the HVAC department, Johnny at the front desk, Al in landscaping, and Nate & John in the yard. All these team members go out of their way to help me keep my business up and running. I take my hat off to these individuals and Rick Reviglio for running one of Northern Nevada's premier businesses.

I was absolutely amazed at the inventory of home improvement, bathroom, and kitchen fixtures that they had. If you’re building a new home, we’re looking to remodel the one You have definitely worth a trip to check this place out. I don’t know what else they had here but this is one big Supply store.
Rude arrogant toxic masculine central. Even treated my term ill navy vet corpsman husband with total disrespect. He came home so upset. Total rip-off place that conspires with local plumbers who attempt to get more business by referring to this place. After 3 decades in Reno I’m so sick of the toxic men and women business owners and the crooked games they play under the delusion they are somehow better than others.
My wife and I purchased all of our plumbing fixtures and hardware for a kitchen and bathroom remodel from Western Nevada Supply. Great selection, great service, and great prices! When we do the next remodel, we will go to Western Nevada Supply again.
As an underground contractor for 27 years, I can say with confidence that Western Nevada Supply has been a trusted and reliable vendor for all my business needs (daily/immediate and long term projects). In my line of work, I primarily work with the water works division and could not be more satisfied with all their services to include estimating, will call, delivery, technical support and customer service. They are outstanding in all aspects. Western is also actively engaged in the communities they serve throughout Nevada. They are key sponsors to various community events and have a history of demonstrating their generosity, commitment to youth, career advancement, upward mobility and quality customer service. As a result, Western has earned by trust and respect and will continue to serve as my supplier for all my business needs.
I have worked with Western Nevada Supply over the past 50 years – with the last 15 being the senior project manager of a local general contractor. I have counted on Western Nevada Supply and their precise waterworks estimates, submittals that are consistent with project specifications, material procurement and delivery as well as any technical assistance the field personnel required. The value bolt up service is a phenomenal asset to the field, saving time during installation. From working on a small emergency utility repair with a local rural agency, to the complex, large, multi-track project, you can depend on WNS and John Armini for exceptional service. They are always there to assist with any questions from engineering firms and owners. In my experience, WNS played a large role in helping my company complete a large project on time and under budget. WNS has true Nevada roots spreading their generosity to help build local sports fields as well as many other entities. Through anonymous donations their values are represented through their generous support throughout the state.
This is the best parts house in town! All the guys are knowledgeable and have a great attitude. I would recommend thease guys to anyone.

They are always responsive, and you can tell that they care for their customers and employees through their company culture. We have been working with James D. in the showroom who has been so helpful along with the rest of the team we have come in contact with. They are a family owned business, and it is clear that they work together to deliver high quality plumbing products and the highest level of customer service. They have every plumbing product you might need. You can't go wrong!
Worked with Stacie at Western Nevada Supply on my 3-bathroom remodel. Great selection of high quality materials and made sure I had all of the necessary odds and ends throughout the whole project. Convenient daily deliveries to Tahoe were a huge bonus. Highly recommended!
We were fortunate enough to work with Western and its Blue Team over the last two years as we gutted and remodeled our home in Lake Tahoe. We live in the Bay Area and the fact that we were 200 miles away from the remodel and being limited in the time we were able to spend at Western did not make it easy to review plumbing fixtures, design ideas, finishes and consider any issues that came up. But Western, Stacy and the other’s on the Blue Team were always on top of every issue (including those outside their control), always made sure that they had fine-tuned choices in materials and finishes and were always willing to look at "value-engineering" as ways to minimize costs when our tastes outran our budget. The showroom is gorgeous, and it would be hard to imagine a better larger selection of fixtures. Alex in the landscape department helped us on BBQ selections and after asking for detailed information on how we would use our BBQ told us we should spend less and select a lower model as it would fit our needs and we could spend less – how many business would do that? Western and its Blue Team are not just talented and good at what they do they are wonderful people.

In today's world of 'I make the rules, you just write my checks, and if you don't, I'm leaving 1-star reviews everywhere I can', it's tricky to find & maintain worthy team members. WNS has an impeccable record of securing & retaining quality staff who enjoy long thriving careers in their care. That alone speaks to the quality of this company. Beyond their excellent team, there are a few other things WNS does that makes them a standout in their industry: - If pricing feels off, we make a phone call and ask for a review. - If there is a mistake on items ordered/delivered - we make a phone call and it's taken care of promptly. - If we install an item that is faulty & have to pay someone on our team to remove/reinstall it, WNS gives us a credit on our account for the labor to replace the item. - WNS treat you like family. I appreciate & respect that.
Western Nevada supply is best supply house in town. Locally owned and operated just like my business so don't feel comfortable going anywhere else. Great customer service and they definitely make you feel like family. 5 star company forsure
Price, quality or service? Which is more important to you. It's said that a company can provide 2 of these, but the 3rd will suffer. I'm here to tell you that the folks at Western Nevada Supply have proved that theory wrong. Jet Plumbing, Heating & Drain Services has been in business with WNS for over 40 years. There is no other company that offers better customer service for the plumbing and HVAC professional. The quality of the items they sell range from competitive to top-of-the-line, and their prices compare with any other vendor. From a homeowner to a plumbing professional, we would recommend Western Nevada to anyone.

For Delivery Drivers Entrance is at Greg Street at almost the ending corner of their building (Check Photo) After entering keep going straight, at the end of the small road, Turn left for the Receiving Docks and you will see them. For check in go inside (Dont go left doors) go straight with few stairs steps (you will see Dock guys. They're pretty quick and respectful 👍
Fabulous!!! Couldn't decide what to order. Shall return there again before returning to Los Angeles. There are none in So. Ca....😞
