We called Craig on the advice of a friend after being told our induction motor replacement would be at least 1k and it would be about a week possibly to get the part, and that the furnace was probably EOL and should probably be replaced. Craig showed up with the induction motor in hand and replaced it for much less. I appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness and honesty. He is a local business owner and I would definitely support his business and will use him again! Thank you Craig!
Guy wasn't helpful or even willing to have a conversation about what I was needing. Don't bother calling them.
We came home from vacation to no heat...right before a big storm! We called Craig at Sparks Heating and AC and he came out ASAP to replace the circuit board on our furnace. I feel that anywhere else would have told us that we needed to replace the entire system. This place really came through for us. Thank you!
I called based on a referral to get a new induction motor … he quoted me $210 for a motor I was able to find in town (and online) for $86. With that being said… I get it. It’s a business. You can charge whatever you want… but be reasonable…. $120… even $130. I’d pay it. I’d support your business. But when I question the price I’ve and your response is “well… do you want heat today” … you’re proving that you are taking advantage of the opportunity…. Found what I needed for $92 after tax at an appliance store on rock… Just sayin… do your homework, do your research... Don’t get taken advantage of.
Hi called and left a message about my AC not working on Tuesday and they were able to fix it on Friday. I had to wait about 3 weeks with all the other companies. The wait was so long because we are in a bit of a heat wave for June and no one wants to work they are getting kickback money from the pandemic. They were GREAT! I will refer them and will definitely use them again.

Randolph did good, quick work for the good price quoted on the phone. He arrived on time, was polite, and cleaned up after himself. He did more than we expected, such as checking the good function, fuses, and lack of carbon dioxide. We think he's terrific!
The service I received from Randolph, lead technician, was superior. Although it is still working fine, I have never had my 26-year-old furnace serviced, and called to ask several questions regarding what was needed. Randolph was very patient, knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful over the phone--so much so that I made an appointment based on our conversation. He arrived on time, and explained what he was doing, step-by-step. He didn't try to upsell me (thank you!), and when he left, I felt confident my furnace thoroughly inspected and received the service it required. If all its employees are like Randolph, I would highly recommend Sparks Heating & Air without reservation.
Sparks heating and air conditioning is the best company I have delt with in years. They spent two hours to find out what was wrong with my furnace and only charged me $69.95. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
Spoke to Craig the owner personally, emailed him a report with some problems to be fixed on my heater. I called 3 times after that to get them scheduled with no return call. Had to give up trying and find someone else. This causes unnecessary delays, I don't understand why people in business just can't call back.
Very professional and timely service and no-pressure sales. I've used Sparks Heating and Air Conditioning several times. They just spent two days replacing my air conditioning unit. You might think "two days?!" but they made sure they had it right! The job came out more than what I was quoted, but I was charged what I was quoted and not more. Very impressed and satisfied!!!
