We had Lincoln Heating & Air out to perform a maintenance check up on our HVAC system. Our technician, Davey, and his partner Jeff, were very thorough in going over our system and cleaning out our AC unit of leaves and dirt and cleaning the coils. It was noted that our compressor/start capacitor be replaced so we had them change it out while they were here. They were very professional and explained everything in great detail. If/when we need Lincoln out again I will definitely request having Davey & Jeff out. Great job guys!!
Amazing service! Our air conditioning went out in July during one of the hottest weeks. Every other business we called had about a month and a half wait, but Lincoln Heating and Air was able to get out the next day! Luke was very professional and knowledgeable and had our air up and going within an hour. Super happy, highly recommend
Had an A/C problem quickly diagnosed by tech as a fan motor issue. Tech said it would be $1035 to replace the fan motor. I gawked at the price and asked for a parts/labor split. Tech said that info was unavailable. It's been very hot and we needed the A/C fixed, so I OK'ed the repair assuming I'd get reasonable value and be treated fairly. I assumed (bad on me) an expensive motor or many hours of labor would be required. I found the motor could be readily purchased for ~$120. Tech was done in ~2 hours. That's ~$450/hour for labor - ridiculous. Not feeling good at all about the value received. Called the office to see about an adjustment; they had the tech call me (??). All he could say was that it is policy that repairs are charged at a flat rate. It's reasonable to expect to receive a breakdown on parts and labor. I don't want to and don't intend to do business with a company that is not transparent about it's pricing, and willing to gouge customers.
Had a yearly checkup for our air conditioning unit from Lincoln Heating and Air. Luke was our Technician who was very professional and explained everything in great detail. Great Service!

Install crew was timely, polite, finished on time. There was an issue with the previous drain line and Lincoln brainstormed a solution without additional costs. Very professional.
Lincoln heating and air are wonderful. Frank gave me a quote and Chris and Andy did the installation. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. Chris and Andy were kind and let me know what was going every step of the way. I will recommend Lincoln to everyone I know.
Our old water heater was beginning to fail and smell of gas. Jeremy came over the same day we called and assessed the situation. He went over our options with us as our water heater was on its last leg. Gave us a quote for a replacement and the work. Next morning I called and talked to Tammy who was extremely nice and helpful and by 10:30am Dustin was at our house with the replacement. Both gentlemen were very professional, did great work, and displayed excellent customer service. We've used Lincoln before and will continue to do so because of customer service like we received from these employees.
The install team - Chris, Dakota, and Luke, were professional, on time, and delivered a quality product. Kelly in sales helped us find the product we needed. Lincoln Heating & Air was a pleasure to work with!

This is the second time I have used Lincoln Heating and Air and I am just as pleased as the first time. Not only is their work outstanding, but prices are more than fair and I completely trust them to tell me what I need. They never try to sell me goods or services that I don't need. They are on time and completely professional. Ben was the serviceman on this repair and I couldn't be more pleased with him. A 5 star employee.
They were professional friendly responsive of and took care of my issues and I would definitely have them work on my house again highly recommended. They were very very good.
I’ve used the company a few times. Jeromy has came twice for my hot water heater and the other person who came for my swamp cooler a few years back, both were awesome. Quality care is hard to find these days but they are a 5 star quality and knowledge of my issues and very sound recommendations with no pressure. I don’t need a second opinion when it comes to Lincoln Heating and Air. I highly recommend them

Thank you to Henry and Alan, and the entire team at Lincoln Heating for getting us our new A/C and heating units. A very streamlined system from inspection to evaluation and financing all the way through the installation. Great team that goes beyond customer service, including Alan and Henry removing our old water heater sitting in our back yard (which they had nothing to do with in repairing or replacing) for recycling. I highly recommend Lincoln!
Technician was great, very professional. I was working and on a call most of the time Luke was here and he was very courteous and mindful of that. Would definitely recommend.
