Had them perform "diagnostics" on my A/C. Stopped working around 6PM friday afternoon. Don't say when they will arrive so you must clear your whole day. Called multiple times to get a answer on Saturday and waited to have them not call back hours later. Have to wait until Monday to get air conditioning for my 84 year old grandmother - so we're forced to make other arrangements over the weekend to keep her cool. Let's see how much the diagnostic that broke this A/C will end up costing us.
Anthony was very knowledgeable. He offered to install a gradual step up mechanism on my A/C. I had wanted this for a year yet others had dissuaded me from it or didn't even know what it was. So glad to have it. He also confirmed that I should cover the unit with a cover in the winter. Anthony's in to good care for AC's for long life.

Tim was great. He was very knowledgeable about the air conditioner. It’s probably 50 years old and although he was not able to repair, he had ideas and tried.
The only reason I'm writing this review is because of Cirilo Alvarez and the the 5 star service that he provided. He did a thorough check of my system and had the correct replacement transformer on his truck and he properly mounted it where the old one went. Another Sierra Air tech came out and replaced the transformer and left it sitting on the sheet metal with the spliced wires lightly taped. See the attached photo. I asked that guy to screw it down twice, but he did not. I really doubt that he would have done that on his own heating unit. Thank you Cirilo. Sierra Air needs more folks like you.

The service was very good. The tec was very careful moving around the house and aware of his surroundings. He was knowledge and explained eveything he did with pictures. Very happy with the service.
Very thorough inspection and explanation of our system and what might be needed in the future. Great advice on what we can do to keep the system functioning and, options for scheduling preventative measures in the off season.
Even though we're still working on the solution to my problem, I received the best service I could have hoped for. I highly recommend Sierra Air. 06/30/23 Figured out the problem and they honored the warranty of the furniture at no charge to me. I couldn't be happier with the service.
Eugene was awesome! He called ten minutes before arriving and showed up at the exact time I was scheduled. He informed me about a great rewards program that actually saved me money. He explained everything to me, was very clean and friendly.
We have been with Sierra air for 5 years. Last year they came out and told us we needed a new air conditioner...and they were happy to sell it to us too. Air conditioner continue to work just fine last year. This year, they came back and said Oh your fan is leaking oil you definitely need a new air conditioner. We have a home warranty and so I paid to have them come out and inspect our air conditioner. They said there's nothing wrong with it. Nothing! They said the air conditioner will probably run another five years before it needs replacing The air conditioner continues to work just fine. I canceled my contract with Sierra air. I recommend you stay away from this company.

The service was great. Michael showed within the time frame reserved. He was very courteous and explained everything he did during the appointment. I would definitely recommend Sierra Air.
i want to commend Steve Black who was the original tech on my furnace/A/C service. He did an excellent job and recommended 3 items that would enhance my A/C output. I give him 5 stars. HOWEVER; Tony came out the next day to give me quotes on a new furnace/A/C unit. I think he must have tripped a wire when he opened the furnace because later that same day my A/C quit working. My NEST thermostat had me trouble shoot issues, including loose wires. The error code was E74. I discovered this at 1100pm. I called and got answering service. They said someone would call the next morning. I was without A/C all night. Someone called me at 715am and said a dispatcher would call me back. Noone did. Called back at 915am and was told that Melissa would call me back. No call from Melissa so I called her. Got her voicemail. Left extensive message. No call. Called her back and gave her a lengthy explanation of issue. NOONE could tell me when a tech would be out to fix it. I had appointments that day (which I had to cancel because of waiting around for tech). Melissa explained that I was being "fitted in" between other appointments. She was sending Steve back because he would know what he did or did not do or if it was Tony who caused the A/C to quit. I would give 1 star to you as far as responsiveness and returning my calls. I got increasingly frustrated. Steve showed up about 500pm and it only took him 10 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. It seems that a wire or a switch or a valve was bumped when Tony inspected the furnace. I understand that things happen but I give 1 star to you for lack of quick response and lack of returning calls promptly. And, Steve went above and beyond by giving me his personal cell number should anything go wrong over the weekend. I really appreciated that.

Tech explained everything to us in lay terms and was very efficient. Good value for the price to do a maintenance service call .
They lived up to their commercial. Showed up on time (actually early). Were friendly and communicative. Worked quickly and efficiently, Cleaned up everything when they finished. Provided information on the state of our AC units. Pretty much everything you could expect.
The crew was great. Installation of the A/C was very clean and quick. Sierra Air is highly recommended.
The tech was professional, friendly, and accommodating. We asked him to check the connection to one of the vents. He found a possible issue and will be reporting it for a review.
For those that do not know, Service Champions has acquired Sierra Air. We just wanted to share what a wonderful 2 day experience we had with Rudy & Cameron while they installed our new A/C & furnace. They were so professional and courteous throughout our entire installation. Even when a potential issue arose that could have delayed our installation Rudy was confident that he would still have our job finished on time, we could not help but be at easy with confidence and sure enough they had both our new A/C & furnace working. Employee with such great customer care and job knowledge are rare. Congratulations for having such great employees
