Still waiting for estimated to repair water leak. Spoke with Josh ?2-3 weeks ago. How much longer do I have to wait!!!
Could not recommend Savage & Son more!!! I had an AMAZING experience working with them. They were on time, polite, and communicative. The tech they sent out, Keith, was friendly, listened to what I was saying, and fixed the issue quickly! The only plumbers I ever want to use again!
Unfortunately there is no way to leave NO STAR! I had a water leak next to my house. I called Savage and Son twice over a period of two weeks to make an appointment to find the leak, and each time Kathleen told me the owner would call back. The phone call never came, so I found a more responsive plumber who found and took care of the leak within a couple of days. Just look at the rest of my 5* reviews to see who I ended up using.
Brandon did a great job finding and repairing vintage faucet and toilet issues. My faucets and toilet are working better than ever. I appreciate his careful work! Thanks
We had a service expert in our home today from Savage and Son Plumbing in Reno, NV. He was prompt, listened to our requests and quickly addressed the issues. This young man named Jacome was extremely polite, respectful of our property and did a great job! Highly recommend! Bill and Deborah Hayhoe

My garbage disposal broke down on a Wednesday night. I called Savage and Sons at around 8:00 AM Thursday morning to see about replacing it. Their schedule was full, so they scheduled me for a couple weeks out, with a promise to get me in earlier if possible. Only an hour later, Savage and Sons called. They were able to fit me in! So by noon the same day I had a new disposal. The price for the unit and for the labor was more than fair, especially considering the prompt and professional service.
Savage and Son is THE BEST in town. We have used them numerous times in the past. We had a stoppage on, of course, a Friday morning. Kathleen was so kind and helpful and put us on the wait list but said she couldn’t promise anything. Not 2 hours later Robert and Joey arrived. They fixed the problem right away. They were thorough, kind and professional. SAVAGE AND SON ALWAYS takes superior care of us and we are SO GRATEFUL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I got a call from my wife that our water heater was leaking water. I ran home and it was almost poring out. I called Savage and Son. They informed me that they were booked up. Most companies would have ended the call then. Instead they walked me through shutting off the part that was leaking. Then they said I could call Saturday morning for an emergency call. Then they said they would try to see if someone got freed up. Having stopped the leak I headed by to work. By the time I got to work they found someone and then within an hour everything was fixed, tested and cleaned up. The 2 techs were great, polite and explained everything that they were doing. Super experience. I highly recommend them
Their driver was flying down Keystone this morning; 10 or 15 mph over the speed limit. He evidently doesn’t care about the company vehicle or the other drivers on the road! Based on that, I wouldn’t take a chance on this company.
WOW. All I have to say is WOW. The faucet handle for our tub in our master bath took a nose dive. It was a long time coming but when it broke, water just kept coming out. We had to turn off the water to the house so our tub wouldn't overflow. My husband called a few places and we got various answers on costs and on overall repairs upwards of $3K - but Chris came by after I explained and sent picks to Josh and WOW. Done in about 1.5 hours and only a few hundred dollars for the fix. We highly recommend them and plan to hire them this summer for another fix they recommended.

We had a wonderful, skillful technician, Robert, come to our home to repair a bathroom fixture! He worked with great dispatch and promptly resolved a very difficult issue. IMVO! Don't use Savage and Sons. I'm sure they do a good job but how would we know, they refuse to call us back. They were recommended by DandL Tike to do our plumbing before the retile and I guess they're too good to give us a call back. We decided to go with another plumbing company
This was exceptional service by Roxy. She is so professional and friendly. We had purchased a new toilet. When she opened the new box, the seat was missing. As she started to examine the toilet she noticed it had a hairline crack. We returned the toilet, and she came the next day to install the new one. She was meticulous in cleaning the work area. very important to me! Savage was very easy to work with.

Mark was on time, prepared with the needed parts, careful with turning off the supply valve (choosing to turn it off at the street rather than risk a stuck internal valve), and very helpful with recommendations for a timer for the recirculating pump and dealing with 24 year old toilets. Great job, Mark!!
Brandon did a wonderful job repairing a leak underneath the bathroom sink. As always he was on time & professional.
