Eric was the service technician and he was very professional and did a great job.
I wish all vendors operated like Goettl does. Even before the service date, the communication was excellent. The technicians Eric and Diego were both super professional, respectful and friendly. These folks get an A+++

Anthony, the serviceman, kept us apprised of his on-time arrival time. He was courteous, friendly and clean. He clearly explained what he did and what he found. We asked him about an estimate to replace our HVAC system, and he took his time getting and explaining the estimate for us. The maintenance contract was priced very reasonably.

Just had my spring service for my ac done with same day service. Very impressed. Found a few issues and had them fixed in 2 days. Great service on time and couldn't be happier.

Excellent service! The technicians that installed the compressor were professional and friendly.
4 Seasons came out last year because my AC wasn't cooling the house. They determined it must be a leak in the line set and replaced it. Same thing happened again this year. The tech came out and is unable to locate the leak. He was the same tech that came out last year and remembered they couldn't find the leak so it was determined it must have been in the line set. Spent $2300 last year to replace the line set. Once again, he can't locate the leak. In addition to the $165 for today's visit, they now want to charge almost $1K to do a pressure test which should have been done last year but wasn't. Only IF the leak is found to be in the line set will they waive the charge.
Very professional AC repair company. Good equipment, on time and clear description of issue that need to be fixed. Eric was super knowledgeable and helpful.
Jailyne was efficient, friendly and professional for A/C tune-up. Good clean uniform that indicated who she was and the company she represented. She was polite and put clean booties over her shoes.
The whole team was prompt, helpful and very professional. They worked very hard and even cleaned up afterwards.
Polo came to our home and created a plan for replacement hearter and installation of air. He made us the appointment 4 days later for installation. Jason and Burt installed our new system and they did a wonderful job. They are very knowledgeable and well trained. They showed us how to program the thermostat and the apps on our phones. Jason and Burt are top notch and we will refer 4 Seasons to anyone in need!! Thank you Polo, Jason and Burt!!!!
I have had a few different techs come out over the years and every one of them have been great to us. With their positive attitude and skillful knowledge, to explaining things to completing the work quickly and efficiently! Thank you to Jef and JC for today and the others in the past. We chose 4 Seasons years ago because it was locally owned and operated (we like mom and pop shops). Now a big corporation bought them out. The big corporation has BIG shoes to fill, I hope the quality that we’re accustomed to continues. Thanks guys! And GOD bless you!

Pam is an absolute delight to talk with. Polo was the most informative tech that has ever serviced our house. I would recommend 4 Seasons to all. 5/23/23-Andrew did a great job making sure there is no further damage from the leak from the coil. I would recommend this company to everyone!
4 Seasons has been excellent to work with. They replaced my 26 year old AC unit last year and I knew the company whom I used in ‘96 had changed hands. Fast forward to my A/C Spring maintenance I knew I had to replace my 1985 duct work and was in dire need of attic insulation as well. Logan and Tyler were terrific in working w me and getting the job assessed, a good quote and immediately lined up the 2 man crew Arturo & Ricardo for the next 2 days. Right out of the gate I knew I didn’t want any other company. Arturo & Ricardo were beyond excellent, they went above and beyond. They spotted a rusted out connection to my 2014 water heater which could’ve been a bad flood scenario:/ They cleaned my furnace blower motor, answered questions, provided photos upon request and competent technicians from beginning to end. Support staff Courtney, Stephanie & Pam also awesome as a bonus! Honestly, after 27 years in this house I know I’m breathing clean air, energy efficient, less of a foot print and less to NV Energy. Bravo. Thank you all!
