I have been using Mojave Air for about 5 years now and they are honest techs who do yearly maintenance and also helped me get a new AC unit. 5/5 would recommend

Neal was our tech and our furnace fan went out. He is the most friendly knowledgeable person. He explained everything to me in layman and it was easy for me to understand how my furnace worked. I appreciated your help Neal. I would not use any other company but Mojave Air-conditioning. Thanks guys it's nice to be warm during winter.
I had Mojave AC come out for a heating inspection a few weeks ago. Glad I did. Neil was our tech and did a great job with the inspection, tune-up and explaining what he'd recommend. While Neil was out he suggested vent cleaning which I also opted to schedule since I inherited the home. Last week Andrew was here to do the vent cleaning. Again another great job done. Andrew was able to answer my questions. I'll definitely be calling on them in the spring.

Time to change companies unfortunately. No more free second opinions and the second opinion was an outrageous quote - $1100 more for the same exact thing ? How could they be that much higher for a motor replacement? It’s Too bad because I really liked this company for a long time. In addition charged $100 for the “opinion” so last time I’ll call them for a job. I’d strictly only use this company for air duct cleaning. Nothing they can inflate with that - and nothing to inspect prior - flat fee per vent. So that’s the only thing I’d recommend at this point from them :/

We had an AC unit replaced this summer. They did not hook up the heating portion (they were missing a part) and told us they would come back in the fall. We have been trying to call to schedule an appointment for over a week now and the phone number keeps giving a Verizon error message. My husband drove by the office today - lights were on, 3 trucks parked out front - door was locked and nobody answered the bell or knocking. Not impressed. With the cooler weather approaching, I need to get the heater portion of my unit working - especially since it has already been paid for - in full - 5 months ago!!!! UPDATE: The response to this post (3 days ago) stated that I would be contacted today (Monday, Oct 31). It is now after 2:30pm and I have not received a phone call, a text message, nor any other form of communication from this company. The listed phone number (303) still has an error message and the different phone number provide in an automated response just rings indefinitely. If I do not receive a phone call today as promised with a timely resolution to my issue, I will be contacting another company to fix your mess and suing you in small claims court to recover my expenses that you have already received for work not yet completed!!!!

Mohave Air Conditioning... had the company clean all of the air ducts and vents in our 2-story, 4-bedroom home. Rather than use a large industrial truck mounted vacuum during the cleaning, the person who did the work used a smaller industrial vacuum that he placed in the center of the 1st floor of our house. The result was that the entire 1st floor of the house, including all of our furniture, book cases, conter tops, paintings & other wall decorations, window treatments and the many plants around the house were left covered by a rather thick & heavy dust. In addition the staircase rails, banisters, and walls were covered with the dust. They should've used an industrial, truck-mounted vacuum to keep our house clean. The port from which air was exhaled by the vacuum cleaner did not have a clean or dense enough filter to remove all the particulate matter before venting it back out into the house. On top of it all they left a big chip right in the center of one of my walls which I don't have a paint match for. They should have offered to fix it and declined fixing it later when asked saying I waited too long (because it wasn't a pressing issue) to complain even though their employee acknowledged he did in fact chip it when I inquired. You would think that they have insurance to pay for the repair. Terrible. Will never use again.
Mohave air, came to repair my air conditioning, On One of the hottest days of the year, also On same day they were called. The technician was Chris P, I was extremely impressed with the service. The units we have in our condo complex are complex. Chris from Mohave air worked several hours on the repair. What was most impressive, he did not leave until the unit had air. Thank you Mohave, and Chris. For the excellent service.
Per the reviews, this company seems to be great unless you have a home warranty. They like to place blame on the home warranty company, but it is Mojave Air that drags their feet on getting the information over to the warranty company. Then they try to throw extra costs in at the home owners expense for things that do not need to be replaced. It's a shame, the techs that came out to our home were amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. The office staff on the other hand.....not helpful, basically refused to get the requested information over to the warranty company and when I would call, they would blame the warranty company. I was on a 3 way call when the warranty company called their office 3 times and it turned out it was Mojave Air not my warranty company. It's very apparent that they do not want to do home warranty work, so I am unsure why they even contract with them. If you have a home warranty, stay away from Mojave Air. We are now over a month with no air thanks to Mojave Air!
Mojave is hands down the best AC service company in Vegas. They've taken care of my units for about 2 years and are timely, professional, and courteous. They get you scheduled promptly and give you a call before they are headed your way during your scheduled window. I've had a few technicians (Chris, AJ, and Joel) over the last 2 years for annual maintenance checks and just a few things here and there to check. On the latest visit, I had Joel install two EcoBee smart thermostats and he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Mojave AC to anyone in the Vegas area. Very professional and did a great job.
Our OneGuard home warranty supposedly uses Mojave as a service provider for HVAC. But Mojave never called us, despite saying they had our claim record on file. I had to call THEM. And then they say they won't come out to look at our broken A/C for 10 DAYS! (July 20th) So, how are Mojave a service provider for a home warranty, if they don't want to contact the client, or cover emergency situations?
May 27, 2022 - Contacted the office to schedule a repair and spoke with Amy. She is so easy to work with and caring. The great service keeps me coming back. May 25, 2022 - Rosa and Darryl came to my home to clean my air and dryer vents. The called ahead to let me know they were on the way, showed up when they said they would, explained the process, and got to work. They took exceptional care of my home wearing shoe covers and cleaning up after themselves. They were awesome! May 2020 - another excellent experience! Donnie, Spencer, and team were punctual and very friendly. But only are they reasonably priced, they took care to wear shoe covers and cleaned up really well after themselves. I highly recommend! February 2020- I contacted Mojave after the company I had worked with originally wanted to charge me a $90 service fee to return to do the repair they said I needed. Mojave came it at no charge as a second opinion and charged almost $200 less then I was originally quoted! Matt was my representative / repair person. He was punctual, I didn't have to ask him to wear shoe covers, he was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous to me and my dog. I highly recommend Matt and Mojave.
Joshua the owner sent an amazing team to clean out our air vents. It improved our air quality and they are reasonably priced. Highly recommend
Thanks to christ, do all maintenance. He answered all my questions regarding air conditioning.,thermostat and also helping to installed filter, really a big help. Christ is a Nice guy very professional person .Mojave Air Conditioning is highly recommended company.
Had my A/C serviced by Mojave a week ago. Nick recommended I get the ducts cleaned. We made an appointment, they gave me an 8 to 12 o'clock window and we're here by 9. Rosa began her work and was quick, tireless and thorough. Real professional and pleasant personality. I will be telling my friends about this company every opportunity I get. Great Job Mojave.
Our ac went out and Mojave came out to replace it. They also came for regularly scheduled preventative maintenance care for the new unit. From dispatch calling to confirm the appointments and customer satisfaction, to the techs showing up on time and taking care of business, the whole experience was smooth sailing. Shout out to the whole team kim, Gerardo, and all the others who have helped us along the way.
Chris went above and beyond to find the issue we had. Josh came out to help and they got the issue fixed. Great service. The best in town!
