Legacy air came out to my home today and gave me some amazing feedback that assisted us in finding out some of the problem areas with our current air conditioning unit and gave us options for a new unit, while giving us great options in fixing our older unit. He took his time with us and got up on our roof and in to our attic. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Legacy Air is fantastic, they are always professional and do a great job at a reasonable price. I own a property management company and we use them for all our properties including our personal home.
Contacted Legacy Air as my HVAC was not working. A previous company gave me a quote of over 5k for repairs. I called on Friday and Legacy Air sent a technician next day. Chris Ramirez came in, went on the roof of our condo and identified the repair needed. Came back, gave me the quote and repaired my condenser on the spot, for less then 10% of the cost. I had also requested a quote for a replacement and I received it in the same appointment. He was very professional, knowledgeable and did not try to upsale me. Even gave me information about their financing options. Received my invoice and quotes via email in minutes Overall, I am very pleased and will choose Legacy Air in the future. Thank you Chris for being an honest professional!
My technician Dave was awesome. Great customer service, and explained to me what could of been the problem with my mini a/c split unit. I always appreciate the time they make to make sure I fully understand everything. I recommend Legacy Air for all needs related to A/C and Heating; never once had a problem with them.
Mike did a great job working on 4 thermostats installation. He connected all 4 common wires to each system in timely manner. Also was honest and down the earth. Turned out he lives couple blocks away from my community. Very refreshing to see an actual neighbor working on my HVAC. I would recommend Legacy Air to my friends and family any day. Somehow the link they send me wouldn't let me do anything so I'm leaving my 2 cents here on Google reviews.
Preventative maintenance service call. Nathan did a great job. Showed me all the parts and test specs of items needing repair. Used boot covers inside. Good experience
I decided to use this company after hearing their jingles on the radio and seeing an advertisement for a yearly maintenance package. I was nervous as I am on a tight budget for myself. Tommy came out today and was on time and called me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He took his time checking my unit and gave me his recommendations to replace the capacitor. I chose to go ahead with the service and since I signed up due the yearly program I got a discount on parts. I spent a little more than I wanted in a perfect world but realistically it was not that expensive. If it saves me from having to replace my AC then I’m in. Overall I am super pleased with the service and professionalism of Tommy.

Our HVAC System preventative maintenance experience with Legacy Air was excellent! Scheduling was a breeze and their maintenance technician, Manny Rivera was outstanding. He's a man of great character with honor and integrity. He explained each step of the maintenance process and provided photos of our system that provided us with a better understanding of how our system is running and how everything looked. Manny is an extremely kind and patient technician who took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions in great detail. Once again, thank you Manny and Legacy Air for the top-notch maintenance and customer service! There's no doubt in our mind who we'll use in the future for all of our HVAC servicing needs.
Requested Dave the owner to come out for a quote because we had spent so much money with Legacy at my office. They refused and sent Justin. Everything Justin quoted is apples for apples 25-40% higher than everyone else in town. I have 7 quotes. I guess there is no loyalty to those who have spent thousands with you if your Legacy. Steer clear of them and try any of the other guys that have been here 20 years. They are cheaper and give better service.
Legacy Air ... from my first phone call to Chris, the technician, coming out to our condo. I experienced professionalism x100! Received a timely appointment, text reminders, picture of my technician. Technician examined everything and presented my options. I would highly recommend this company.
Steven Fendrick was awesome. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and a true professional. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He repaired our A/C system fast (replacing a blower capacitor and a thermostat). He also explained all the preventative maintenance plans very well. I did purchase a plan, in addition to, the repair that was done. Steven is an asset to the company and a pleasure to talk with. Thank you for the Outstanding service! Don Messerly
Kept us well informed regarding appointment. Technician was friendly and very professional.
Legacy tech seemed very honest, competent and professional. He took photos of his work to show me and explained the issues and pricing very clearly. work completed was: troubleshoot broken a-c, repair fan motor wiring, test system and power draws, and replace fan motor. I suspect that the price charged for parts had quite a large mark up (probably more than 75%). Other than that, I am super happy with the service, professionalism and honesty of Legacy for this job.
Amazingly thorough, detailed, professional and very skilled. Dave was wonderful and gave Jill and I peace of mind about our A/C unit. We definitely will be contacting them again.

Very professional on time and quick they had to remove the remove the unit so my roof was able to get replaced they had it done quickly also the office lady Liz was very helpful she was on top of informing me with everything as well as the techs I would definitely recommend there services to friends and family
