Fast and efficient !
Hal Mechanical always has very professional, knowledgeable and polite staff. Their willingness to answer my questions or adress any of my concerns with my heating or cooling systems are remarkably understandable as they will explain things in digestible term. When they left I have so much peace of mind understanding what I was concerned about was addressed or fixed.
Hal Mechanical is very pleasant to work with. They have excellent customer service, and keep clean and tidy work space. The new furnace they installed so far works exactly as promised. I asked for two extra items to be done and they did one for free and the other charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them as it was a great experience.

He's truly an asset to this company and a very valuable technician with not just the business aspect in his mind; he also shows empathy and true willingness to help. Five stars is not enough for his performance and dedication.

Honest, friendly, affordable and efficient! We had problems with another company (referred through your home warranty) and they kept scheduling large time windows and not showing up. We called Hal Mechanical, they came the next morning, diagnosed the problem and installed a new ac unit the following day. They have excellent customer service and actually care about people. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, or refer my friends/family.

On March 27, 2019 Service Tech, Gus #871 called to say he was on his way. He arrived promptly and checked out each of our three air conditioners. He checked air flow and temperature from all vents. He was pleasant and knowledgeable in response to my questions.
Outstanding work done, value received for $$ paid. Their methodology, people, tools, attention to detail is the best I have seen in the LV market. These folks were recommended to me from other professionals -- I see why!! They reworked HVAC duct work in my existing home to resolve airflow and temp issues I have had. First folks I have talked to that actually understood how to solve my issues that made sense. Both Chad and Dan were outstanding to perform the work. Highly recommend. I will be recommending these folks to all of my friends and family going forward. Great experience team HAL mechanical!!
replaced 2 a/c units before ye2018 to gain 10 yr parts & labor guarantee. work was done quickly on short notice and cleanup was excellent.
Great Service. They were fast, friendly and tech was very knowledgeable. Was able to identify and fix the problem in one visit. They arrived on time and did not overcharge. Will definitely call them again.
