Lee is a Super Star! Call Lee at Grade A Air Cooling & Heating for an honest, professional, and dedicated job. Lee and his assistant Israel replaced my old AC unit with a new Trane system during the summer of 2022. It worked well through the summer. But then in the winter, the Heat Pump function did not work the first time we turned it on. Trane refused to honor a replacement warranty on our unit and they did not provide helpful technical assistance. Lee and Israel spent hours of their own time trouble shooting and finally determined that it was a bad part that had to be replaced in the original unit. Lee was persistent and worked on the unit until we were up and running again. He followed up after his efforts to make sure that things were still working. I was so appreciative of his dedication, persistence, integrity, and the obvious pride he took in his work. I highly recommend Lee and his team at Grade A Air Cooling & Heating!
Recently I contacted Lee of Grade A AIr my Ac wasn't working. He showed up in a timely fashion. He didn't let me know he was on site and didn't ask my permission to fix the problem. I contacted him as he was leaving. He said he split my fan and fixed it so it would work temporarily. He said I needed a fan blade and would be back tomorrow. I called and I texted him all day long. He refused to answer my calls or texts. He left me hanging. Very unprofessional. It's been two weeks and he still has not responded back. I would not use him again or refer him to anyone.
This company is awesome! My service technician was punctual, polite, and most of all competent . I'm an older woman living alone and easy to take advantage of. This was not the case. I highly recommend Grade A Air Cooling &Heating over any other company in town.
My father has known Mr. Lee (Owner) for over 15 years. Honest, dependable and very reasonable priced. While other places might want to charge you more for something simple, Mr. Lee won't. I normally don't like to endorse a particular company or place of business; but he stands behind his work and I recommend him to anyone reading this review. Thank you for servicing my unit today!

Great guy! Rescued us twice. Repaired furnace one year and blower/air conditioner 18 months later. Checked facts and prices and his were always on point. I’m hesitant to recommend professionals for the most part but I’d stand up for Lee without pause.
This company has been servicing my unit for 2 years. Lee is very professional, he gives reasonable estimates and he thoroughly explains the steps required to service my unit. If your looking for an honest company to service your unit, look no further.
Mr.Lee has been so very helpful and professionally. I surely will recommend him. He replies to my phone calls and work order in a timely manner. While doing the work he also is very efficient and leaves the area very clean when done. He is a strong 10.

This company is the air company you want to go to. They are very honest, and gives people the costumer satisfaction. Lee installed a new unit in my house, which was over the top. He made sure that when he left that I was satisfied with the job. Lee and his men are genuinely trying to help you and will not stop until they have. I’ve been with this company for about 10 years, and every year I love their work so much more👍🏻
