Amazing! Andrew came out in an emergency. He got my AC back up and running in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable.
I had an HVAC problem last week. Got a hold Mountain West. Andrew came out an explained everything that was going on with it. His team replaced my system that same day and I couldn’t be more happy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing hvac work.

Prompt and professional. Our heater gave out on a cold January Friday night, and they came out Saturday morning. Identified the issue and replaced a broken part. Gave an update on other concerns but no pressure to immediately repair beyond original issue. Great guy to chat with and appreciated the friendly attitude for a Saturday morning.
They installed the ducting for a new bathroom exhaust fan. Showed up on time, friendly, total pros, were in and out much quicker than anticipated. Def recommend.
Rarely do I take the time to post positive reviews, but I'm compelled to make an exception for Andrew and his crews at Mountain West. I had 20+ year old dual furnaces and A/C units. One of the A/C units was obviously beginning to fail, and the other larger one outright died, during a heat wave, of course. I had planned on replacing the dead A/C and its connected furnace and evaporator coil. I had three local companies come out to bid on the project. In a nutshell, Mountain West replaced both A/Cs, both furnaces and evaporator coils, and ran all new line sets under my house for less than a single system replacement by either of the other two companies. Really quite unbelievable, and it says a great deal about Andrew’s ethics. Not only was Mountain West’s pricing head and shoulders better than anyone else, they arrived on time, were extremely professional, and got the jobs done exactly as hoped. I'm a small business owner, and pride myself on our outstanding customer service. I set very high standards, and rarely does anyone ever impress me. Andrew and his Mountain West crews impressed me. Kudos to all of them!

Very seldom do you find service,product,quality,knowledge,price,and ease of doing business with. Andrew delivers all this and being a straight shooter also. I contacted Andrew and he delivered a detailed bid with a fair price and accomplished the job expertly with a fine group of employees. Andrew submitted the bid and I gladly wrote the check. Honest companies like these are hard to find nowadays. My A/C stopped blowing cold air and I asked my neighbor who he uses as he's been living here in Dayton for over 20 years. He said you cannot go wrong with Mountain West. And he was right. Called and was able to get same day service! Hugh was my tech and this guy is knowledgeable, personable and a straight up professional. They put their focus on troubleshooting rather than trying to just replace random parts and upsell you. A small family business that prides themselves on saving you money (like I said, hard to find). This will be the only company I call for my HVAC needs and I will confidently recommend them to anybody in my community. I owe my neighbor a good steak for this recommendation :) Thanks Hugh for getting my AC fixed! You rock!
All around great experience with Mountain West. Andrew and the team replaced a furnace and installed an A/C unit in my home. From the estimate to installation they were very knowledgeable and prompt to respond to any questions. Had multiple estimates by other companies and felt mountain west was honest and fair pricing. Did new furnace & AC - Fast ,professional and nice guys to work with. Answered phone and arrived on time.
Highly recommend Andrew and his company. Extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Called him on a Friday night after 8pm and he came the next day without a huge price tag. Previous company that we had used was with a national chain and there is no comparison at all.
I contacted Mountain West to prepare our A/C unit that died on Wednesday during 98 degree heat. They were able to come and repair the unit 3 days sooner than our usual heating/AC company. I had read great reviews about them and they lived up to it 100%. They said they'd be here between 10-12 and were here at 10:10 am (that NEVER happens). Andrew quickly diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor), fixed it and we were back having a cool house by 11 am. The price was very reasonable. We will be using them for all of our maintenance and repair issues for the future. Great service and very professional!

We had bids from several companies. Although Mountain West gave us a very good price, it was Andrew's knowledge that impressed us. They showed up early on the day scheduled and did a very neat and professional install. Despite a couple of unforseen issues, the install was completed on time and on price. Mountain West was highly recommended to us and we would like to do the same.
