Always on schedule. Have dealt with Tyler several times. He is always courteous, professional and pleasant. He always explains what needs to be down before he makes repairs. Very please with service and workmanship.
Having to deal with the Home warranty company has been a total nightmare on several occasions. The first time, they sent out Beach & Sons for a damper problem that wasn't covered and it started working properly after they left. Then our a/c wouldn't come on. The warranty company sent out a person from a Reno business who said it was the thermostat which of course wasn't covered. Then WE called Beach & Sons to come diagnose. It wasn't the thermostat. Zach found the problem and got the system running. We are forever grateful. We will certainly call them whenever we need service!
My heater went out in the middle of winter and my home warranty contacted beach and sons for me. Duane was an amazing repair man and I would use them again!

I would leave a review of their services if we had ever received a quote or call back... They came out to do an estimate then we called them every week for 6 weeks to get a quote or follow up and they'd tell us they were following up but never did so we went with Anderson & Sons for our furnace and AC replacement. $12,000 job lost to another company. Nice job getting our email in your system to ask for a review though...
Really cannot express enough how wonderful Beach & Sons was to work with. They did an amazing job installing our ductless HVAC system which has proven to be a Godsend during this past record hot summer. The AC system worked beautifully and without flaws. We recently had to use the heater function of the mini split and again worked beautifully. Our house is very compartmentalized and so trying to figure out how many units would be adequate to cool and heat the house and still work with our budget was challenging. However Beach & Sons worked tirelessly to figure out a strategy that not only cools and heats are home beautifully but was also on budget. We are extremely grateful for their professionalism, honesty and genuine concern to provide us with such a good product that was meticulously installed. I highly recommend Beach &Sons!
Technician came by for an appointment for a mini split system. Never called back with the estimate. Complete waste of time.
This is a great shop and I've recommended their team to several others in the community. They installed a heat pump with two zones and were the most knowledgeable provider I spoke with (of four). Installation was high quality and professional.
Had some custom plenums built, and had them do a vacuum, leak test and pressurize my new mini split unit. Eric did an amazing job on the plenums and Chris seemed very knowledgeable about pressure testing everything. So the work quality was excellent. The major issue I had with them was with them was being drastically overcharged for the pressure testing part of it. Mel, the office manager gave me a quote for the service, but ended up charging almost double what she quoted me on. I had to go to the office to confront them on this and she acted like she had told me that it could be that much... definitely not true! She talked to the owner and knocked off about 50% of the overcharge. She felt like she was being very generous with this, but in reality, 100% of the overcharge should have been deducted. I called Carson valley heating to get there prices on the same service and it was about half of beech and sons. I used CV heating for my next unit, and the charge was about half that of beech and sons! Considering the high quality of the work done by Eric and Chris, the lack of transparency and outright dishonesty of the office part of things really ruined my experience with them I definitely recommend CV heating and will be using them for any future HVAC needs.
Called to get them to replace a hvac system on a commercial building. They never got back to me or returned calls to get the project started. Went with another company
Will not use this company again. First service call did not fix was charged for call. Second service call tempory fix that failed. Put in tempory switch but would order OEM and come back to install. Paid for service call. Came back two weeks later with OEM switch. Five minutes to install but wanted to charge service call. I refused. Employee vey rude "We do not work for free." New part failed. Owners son Jason came back showed me temp fix with reset button(could have done this with first call). Said he would work up cost of new unit and get back to me in a few days. I waited two weeks for the call that never came. This started in Feb.,( very cold) and ended with me contacting another company in end of March. Had new unit in 3 days from new company.
I don't have enough words of praise!! This business and the people who operate it are of the highest quality! Knowledgeable, kind and caring. I appreciate them with all my heart!
My water heater failed and Beach and Sons came out and replaced it that same day. Very professional. Fair price. They have my loyalty forever.
I have used Beach and Sons exclusively after having very poor service with other companies. They are truly the best….quality work, honest with estimates and fair pricing. Always pleasant to work with and always on time.
Replaced our faulty HVAC/furnace with a better unit. No more static electricity! Also had them install a new heater/air conditioner in our garage so my husband can work on his classic car year-round in comfort. Practically no increase in the electric bill!!
They are a good contractor! On time They were unable to fix my issue though said it was a flaw in the design of the system
