Called them on a Thursday/Friday telling about the A/C not going below 77. Came out the following Monday right on the money at 0900. Told us we had a leak, (which we figured before hand and the fact that the unit was 26 years old). So, we bought a new one, and they came back out that Wednesday, installed it and now we’re back to cool air again in the house. Overall they were on time, the price wasn’t bad at all compared to what we’ve heard our friends this year and last had to pay.
I called Advanced on the COLDEST day in Nebraska because my furnace needed restarting several times a day to keep it running hot air. They were able to get someone out the next day (totally understandable people without heat needed prioritizing) and Jeff was able to fix the problem that two other well known HVAC companies in Omaha missed. The other two companies didn't listen to me when I explained that the problem had to be electronic and instead I was mansplained about furnace filters because the first thing either of them did was power down my furnace which is what I would do to fix the problem and I had told them that. Great company, wonderful service person, and I will definitely use them moving forward for my HVAC needs.
We had purchased a furnace from another company 1 1/2 yrs ago never worked right and could never fix issue. Called Advanced Heating. Jeff figured out issue within minutes. He was even helping us get the parts from factory warranty. Furnace is now working like it should. The thing that really impressed me is that Jeff said "we'll take care of you" and ment it. They have a customer for life here.
Thank you so much for your timely service. With an outside temperature below zero and a furnace that wouldn't start, you can imagine our concern. We called Jeremy at noon and Jeff was on site before 2 pm. He was able to diagnose and fix our furnace and thermostat in less that 1 hour giving us back reliable heat. Super pleased with their response, cost, and integrity of their service. Thank you!

We have worked with Advanced Heating & Air for the past few years, and we have been very pleased with their service. They have been prompt, reliable, and trustworthy. Jeff worked on our furnace this week, and his customer service was outstanding!! Jeff worked on our furnace last winter, and today he serviced our air conditioner. I will not go anywhere else for our heating and AC needs. Their entire team, from office staff to service repairmen, are efficient, honest, and provide quality work. Excellent company!
AC Compressor went out, needed to replace the unit. Quote came in under competitors and installation was done within 48 hours. Excellent service all around, and I'm very impressed with the quality of work. I can literally tell a difference in how the piping is insulated properly and the ductwork above the furnace lines up cleanly and has no leakage. I will be using these guys in the future.
Over the course of three weeks we experienced AC outages. I first called Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning when I returned home from a trip (after 4pm) and my house was 90+ degrees. The team rearranged their schedule to ensure a tech came to my house by 6pm that day! Jared replaced my thermostat quickly to restore AC. This was great! A couple of days later the AC was out again and Jeff came to the rescue to look at the unit and the wiring. He replaced a circuit board and breaker in the basement. Over the course of the next two weeks the AC continued to go out and we replaced our thermostat 4 additional times. Jeff made six visits to our home and continued to work the problem replacing wiring, adding circuit breakers, and relentlessly looking for what was causing the issue at our home. Ultimately Jeff identified condensation on one of the electrical components and solved the issue. What stood out to me and my family was Jeff's relentless pursuit of the underlying issue causing our AC to go out. The office staff also prioritized our home each time we called. Jeff was professional, positive, and informative as he continued to work the issue. I will never use another AC company. Thank you Advance Heating and Air Conditioning!
I called Advanced when our air conditioner stopped working. Jeremy came out that night and worked to get us back up and running. I highly recommend them!! Will be calling them for all our heating and air needs!! Great service.
I recently (April, 2020) had an ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator) unit installed in my home. I chose to have Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning install a Honeywell TrueFRESH unit and I'm very happy with the performance of the unit. The crew of Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning did an excellent job of installing the Honeywell unit in a confined space. I haven't had to open a window for fresh air since the unit was installed. I strongly believe that everyone sleeps better in our home. I also purchased a carbon dioxide measurement device to help decide when and how long I should run the ventilator. The longer the windows are shut, the higher the CO2 levels get. We all exhale CO2 and this gas naturally increases in any closed building with people in it. I can turn on the ERV and watch the CO2 level fall. I can also get rid of cooking odors or other odors more efficiently than opening a window. I say this because; not only do I not have to physically take time to open the windows, but I also salvage some of the energy it took to heat or cool the air that's leaving my home.
Can't say enough good things about Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning. Honest and Trustworthy! All around good guys! Highly recommended!

When our air conditioner died this summer, these guys got us on the schedule quickly and got the new one installed quickly. Now that we’ve had a chance to try out the furnace as well, I am very pleased with the complete install. We will definitely use them from now on for our HVAC needs!
