First of all, I’ve never written a review for an auto shop, but I must for this one. 10/10 recommend Prime Performance! In the middle of our family road trip across the country a few weeks ago, our A/C started to not cool, and that isn’t cool in summer! Looking for auto shops was not in our vacation plan, but after looking at some online reviews, this seemed to be a good choice. The result was that our car needed a new A/C compressor. Chad and Chris were absolute amazing. So professional, so understanding, so honest and above all, so friendly. They explained everything clearly, every step of the way. They worked on our car right away, knowing that we were in a middle of a road trip. They brought us bottled drinks and made sure we were doing ok while we waited. They also had awesome music playing in the shop (Transformers- Autobots theme!). Before we left, they even gave us suggestions for exploring the places we were heading to. We were back on the road in no time and enjoyed the rest of our family road trip, with a working A/C! Thank you so much, Chad and Chris! In our unfortunate situation, we were really fortunate to find you guys!! You all are amazing. And we appreciate it.
They did some exhaust work on my 2016 Chrysler 300 and I also asked if they would install my new aftermarket led side markers that I bought and they did a good group of guys and I was expecting a $5-$700 bill but it was less then $400 after tax amazing I will forever be going back to them but They don’t answer the phone so just show up and they will take care of you.
I forgot who I spoke with, but about a month ago I took my girlfriends fusion to get it looked at. It would kind of shake during highway speeds. They told me it was a loose outer tie rod and recommended to replace both sides which I totally agree with, along with an alignment THE SAME DAY I TOOK IT IN. They did their best to get it done the same day but I couldn't pick it up since I was on the other side of town and it was close to closing hours. I personally recommend this place. I will be coming back for future diagnosis/repair/upgrades. I'm just a youtube certified type of guy...but I know when I'm defeated and the only car I'll try to learn will be my own and not someone that's important to me😅. Oh and yes it was a reasonable price, that was the best part of it all! Thank you guys so much!
I go to college in Lincoln and this is the second time I have came home where my vehicle needed emergency attention. The guys at Prime Performance are efficient,and HONEST. I will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on. Thank you for the amazing service and fair pricing!
We were traveling thru the area on our way south, a check engine light came on and our car went into reduced power mode. We were just looking for a shop that was open as it was only a few days before Christmas. We happened across Prime Performance not knowing if they would even be open or have time to help. Without question Chris grabbed his scanner and figured out our problem, got our car back and up and running and we made it back home without anymore issues. Fantastic experience and helped keep our Christmas trip going. Thank you to Chris and Prime for dropping what you were doing to help us and get us back on the road
AMAZING!! I was on my way through Sioux City on my 10hr drive home and I noticed my car was not driving right. After phoning around for almost 20min, I was able to get a referral to this business. Not only was I nervous about what could be wrong, but I generally have no knowledge about cars. Chad was able to help me figure out some possibilities as to what could be causing these issues, as well as help calm my nerves! I cannot say enough good things about the service I had from Prime Performance! I was able to be seen immediately, and was out of there within 30 minutes! Do not hesitate to stop by if you are needing any repairs, or automotive work done! The team at Prime Performance has your covered!!!

Thanks for your help, guys!! The front windshield washer on our (NorthStar Services) company van wasn't working. Another local company didn't want to mess with it, and suggested Prime Performance. So glad that they did. We will definitely be repeat customers!

My son uses this business & we are in Sioux City visiting him & our service engine light came on.They immediately found the problem & put our mind at ease for our drive back to Utah!! THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPED WAS kind,knowledgeable & DEFINITELY customer service oriented ! No scamming us into something we didn't need!! 5 stars all the way!!!
I can not say enough great things about the guys that run this shop. I was home last week for a funeral and my water pump went out on my vehicle. I live in aurora, ne but grew up in SSC. They took my vehicle in no questions asked when 4 other places wouldn't touch it until the next Monday. They even diagnosed my oil leak and repaired that. Three other mechanics in South Central Nebraska couldn't find the problem with the oil leak but they did and fixed it as well. I recommend any and all people to trust these guys with their automotive repairs. Another great touch to the shop is the family photos as you walk in. I can not say enough good things about them. They rank 12 out of 10 on my scale Thanks again guys. God bless
Great service. Very quick as well. Was in and out within 30 minutes. My muffler was acting funny, they diagnosed it and got me fixed all in the same day! And great pricing as well.
They were very helpful in diagnosing a strange noise our car was making. We were driving on a road trip, so we were thankful that they were able to look at our vehicle. They didn’t have the particular part we needed in stock, but they did everything they could to point us in the right direction, naming several alternative shops that may have the part.
I was towed in with what I thought was a starter problem, Owner inspected the system, and took out the battery, cleaned the connections and secured the nuts and wires, two of which were the problem. That solved the problem, they fixed it and did not charge me a dime. Seem like good folks that just like workin on cars ! Id go back for sure.
This.Place.Is.Amazing!! My family was traveling through the area pulling a camper. We started having issues with our truck on the interstate. We get off in south Sioux City... Googled mechanics, and this place comes up. As we start driving to the shop, I called in the hopes they may be able to help us or at least point us in the right direction. I spoke with Chad. He was so kind, reassuring, and just overall helpful. He told us to head over and they’d do what they could to help. We got there, and they had our truck pulled into a bay within 5 minutes, diagnosed within another 5, and road ready about an hour later! The entire group of guys at this shop were knowledgeable and so happy to help! Can’t put a price on that kind of help when traveling with littles! You can tell this place is family owned. They made us feel like family. Thank you Prime Performance guys!
Had coilovers brought in to prime and had them put on Ryan did an amazing job I wouldn't go to anyone else 10/10 they also did a custom dual exhaust for my 2017 ford focus hatchback and it sounds amazing and looks great love it!

They definitely earned a lifetime customer💙 UPDATE:SO I CAME IN WITH A BROKEN SHIFTER CHAD MADE CALLS N THAN CALLED ME BACK THAT FORD WOULD FIX MY CAR FOR FREE DUE TO A RECALL PRIME PERFORMANCE COULD OF EASILY NEVER TOLD ME THAT AND FIX MY CAR AND MADE MONEY OF ME BUT THEY DIDN’t, these GUYS ARE THE BEST AND ARENT OUT TO GET YOU FOR YOUR MONEY .. I WILL ALWAYS FOR SURE GO TO THEM AND IF MY FRIENDS EVER NEED THEIR CAR REPAIR, I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE AMAZING AND SAVED ME 400 bucks THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH
Wow I was so happy I met prime performance they fixed my car and run very smoothly I recommend everyone who wants to fix his or her car just take to them and they will take good care. Thank you prime performance you the best.
