Kevin is always quick to respond and help us when needed!
Kevin was extremely responsive and thorough in his explanation of what the issue was with our current furnace. Aging cheap furnace with a significant part that was back-ordered a week coming into single digit weather forced our decision to just replace the entire unit and upgrade while at it. He completed the installation same day. Worked with us on price. Would use again for all HVAC needs.
Kevin has always been good to work with and responds quickly to our issue. Pricing is very good also.
Kevin is honest the best around. I've had to call him on short notice, numerous times. He always fits me in, even after hours. He is friendly, reasonably priced and literally saves the day. I can't recommend him enough.
I gave two stars instead of one is because Kevin does come across as a very nice person and had done maintenance for us prior. The overall low rating is due to an eight month wait for a repair. The repair was ordered in August. I text him in September, October, November, and March. Each time he assured he’d get it done. The last time he said any day next week and I said Monday would be great. I text him today with my frustration about the long wait and his excuse was there was never good weather. Absolutely ridiculous considering the extremely mild winter we’ve had to think there was no good weather over eight months. He keeps getting work so he must be OK. If you can wait that long.

Kevin was responsive, thorough and professional. He came to my home on a Sunday afternoon, after business hours to look at my AC unit. Thankfully it was a simple fix and he put my mind at ease. I will use him again and recommend him to family and friends.

I am always amazed that Kevin has the necessary parts on his truck with him. I called and described a situation that was needing repaired, Kevin came prepared to fix that part and when it ended up being something else, he was like no problem I have one of those in the truck!
Kevin came out and was so very helpful. I thought something was not working properly and it was a simple fix of changing the filter. I thought it was done recently but it was not and felt pretty dang silly. Kevin was extremely helpful and did not make me feel stupid at all. So friendly and made it out to my house right away! I would definitely recommend and use in the future!
I received a very competitive quote from Climatech for a Goodman furnace and AC (Wednesday afternoon). The furnace was going to have a lifetime heat exchange warranty (Goodman is only one that does this). After reviewing the quote, I called Climatech and let them know I was going with their quote (Friday morning). I was told that I would receive a call back the next morning with the installation date. I texted Climatech on Monday to inquire about the installation at 10AM. Within 10 minutes, I had a reply that stated, "Wed or Thursday". Thursday afternoon at 1:53 PM, I called and asked what was going on? 'I've been busy and I'll try to get to it on Friday' was the response. This response was not expected, nor heralded with angels horns. At 3:28, I called Climatech. The line was busy and I left a message asking for a return call. At 3:30, I called again and the line was answered. I explained that based on the lack of communication, I would be going with the next lowest bid. He stated that the phone was busy as he was on the line with the distributor to order the furnace and AC for the job. The furnace and AC were being ordered on Thursday afternoon for a job scheduled for the day before. This confirmed that I made the correct decision. Climatech was suggested to me by people who know Climatech can do great work at a great price. It was my decision to not go with them based on the responsiveness and seemingly lack of planning or time management. It has been mild weather during this whole episode, so the lack of a heater and AC has not been an issue. I decided to submit this post to help anyone who is on a short timeline to get heat back into his or her house.
Kept making promises to come finish the job I payed them for on certain days then would just never show up, my house is about 5 minutes from their shop but I guess the money is all that they wanted. Guess they won't be the ones installing my AC unit next summer, absolutely disgraceful that they just ignore you once they have your money instead of coming and fixing what they did wrong.

Would NOT recommend at all! Trying to be proactive, we decided to replace our great working 30 year old system with new. Big mistake! Piece of junk Goodman/Amana failed every season change leaked freon, bad circuit boards, compressor died just out of warranty. Response was always slow or not at all from him and we had to go without A/C for several days in brutal heat with young kids. It would never make it through a summer or winter without issues. It was also very loud and rumbled the house when A/C was on. In the end we got another complete new system from a different company due to being sick of waiting on repairs and dumping money into junk. The new Lennox system worked flawlessly and super quiet. Too bad that first unit only made it 5 years. (If you want to call repairs every season “making it”) Still irritated by that whole situation.
Have used Kevin multiple times for our HVAC needs. Every time he’s given me a couple items to troubleshoot over the phone in an effort to save me some money and time. Tonight our furnace was acting up again and I called him and he talked thru several items and said he’d come right over on his way home from another call. 15 minutes later he had it repaired and we had peace of mind knowing we’d have heat since overnight lows are going to be single digits. He was very fair regarding his fee since it was a quick fix. I’d recommend Kevin and Climatech every time and he’s a local, small business.

Well I have A\C and heat after having to wait 2 weeks for a unit. At the expense of a flooded finished basement with carpet. over 500.00 to get dry and replaced. Now the drain hose would not drain and another flooded basement. NEVER will use Climajoke again.
Beware! Kevin installed a Goodman heat pump in my home in Lincoln that stopped working near the 5 year mark (I had had other issues prior to this with the same unit). I reached out multiple times asking him to honor the product and warranty. He did respond initially with a promise to get it taken care of but nothing after that, obviously refusing to even communicate with me regarding the actual follow up. Since, I have heard of many similar instances with other customers so it looks like I am not the only one. I finally gave up pursuing the issue because it was clear he had no intention to honor the warranty. Companies that only care about the initial sale should not be in business. I now have to purchase an entire new unit (because the repair without a warranty is almost as expensive as a new AC unit) due to his disregard. Beware of doing any business with Climatech. A lower price isnt always a lower price and I am now paying for it. I'm wondering if the handful of 5 star reviews are even legitimate.
