Jeremy is the man!! Woke up to 50° inside my house this morning. I called Professional Heating and Air in Plattsmouth and left a message. Jeremy called back within minutes and took time over his lunch break to stop by and check out the furnace. Diagnosis and fix took less than 10 minutes. Plus he was great with my crazy puppies! I had the same experience with him with an A/C issue over the summer. He's a lifesaver! Thank you sir!!
My mom's heat went out on a Saturday. I called late Saturday afternoon and the tech showed up first thing Sunday morning. He was polite professional and kind. He looked at the furnace and gave us an honest assessment of the repairs and finished in less than an hour. We had heat again. Thank you for helping my mom.

Jeremy was extremely professional and worked some magic with my very old furnace to make it work more efficiently. Wasn’t ready for a new unit and they got here quickly and completed the work quickly and brought the unit up to working better than it probably has since I moved in here. Thanks guys.
When my heater took a dump I decided to add air conditioning to my house at that time (best decision ever) Jeremy came over and looked at what I was working with. They were quick, efficient, and creative with the install! It is wonderful having them conveniently located in town. I will occasionally run into Jeremy and he will always check to see that things are still going good for me. His wife Serena is wonderful and I enjoy seeing her when it is time to buy more filters.
I had questions about propane issues to my garage heater. They answered all questions, did trouble shooting and verification of parts over the phone. He was very professional and responded back to me quickly. I highly recommend their services. It was refreshing to have a business actually preform customer service with even future clients.

Jeremy has always been very responsive to our calls for help. His company replaced our old unit and did a fantastic job. A couple of years later we asked him to come service our unit and check a couple of sensors. He showed up the next day. Great guy. No BS. He will do what’s right for your home or business; even if it might not be right for his company. Would definitely recommend and would use them again.

Why is Professional Heating and Cooling listed under this name? I wouldn't hire them again. Overpriced. Unprofessional. There are better options locally.
Professional, fast call back to setup appointment, made repair in 20 minutes! I called two other companies and never got a call back. Professional heating and air called me back within an hour and came to our house before noon. Local family owned and ran. The people work fast and do great work. I will use Professional Heating and Air for all HVAC support and repairs I need and recommend you do the same!
The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. The other employees are ok but not great.
