My basement flooded with poo water. Called them because it says they offered emergency service. Called the number, and the voicemail told me to call Dave. Called Dave, no answer. Left a voicemail. Waited 10 minutes, called again. No answer. Dave never called back. I get he could have been eating dinner. But a call back would have been appreciated. Even if he decided it wasn’t an emergency. That would be fine. But for a business to offer emergency services and ignore a call is completely is ridiculous. I won’t be using them for normal services.

Dave is super knowledgeable and professional.
After ripping out my toilet and cleaning who knows what out of it, he went to the kitchen sink to wash his hands. When I asked him not to do that because I prepared food there he acted like I was crazy to ask such a thing. When cleaning off his equipment outside with the hose he broke a flower pot that was nearby. Will not use again and would not recommend.
Had main water valve to house go bad and start leaking fairly bad. They were at my house within a hour of calling them and had it replaced very fast in my opinion. For all the time it took to find valve in yard and dig up access to it so they could shut it off they were fast and decently priced.
I was there 4 different times in one week at different times and it was closed even during regular business hours

The service and care really is first class!
My first phone call to 1st Class was VERY impressive! Cathy answered the phone, was very nice, interested, asked appropriate questions. Just having someone answer the phone was a great start! She thought it would be a week before a service person could arrive, but got someone to our house the next day. We had been told by other plumbing companies the job we wanted done (dishwasher install) was a real unpleasant job. Sean didn't seem to think it was unpleasant, he got it done quickly, with good humor, and was very kind. He fine tuned some issues that were left behind from professionals before him. 1st Class will be our only call from now on. Oh! Great pricing too!

Dave was prompt and pleasant. He repaired our furnace at a reasonable rate. Angela was very helpful on the phone. I would recommend 1st Class Plumbing, Heating and AC if you need service.
Fast, polite service and very reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to call them again.
The technician was able to diagnosis the problem and he happened to have the parts in stock. He went beyond just fixing the problem on hand and looked for broken wires and checked R-22 and charged the ac unit. The ac is working very well and all of this work was done during the apple jack which was off hours. The price was very reasonable given all the parts that had to be replaced along with addimg R-22 and cleaning the screens. Strongly recommend this company if you need any ac, heating or plumbing repairs done. Very honest company.
